Continental Credit

Sales people are horrendous! Whoever is named «Bill» there is abrasive, aggressive, and honestly came across threatening. Thought this was a consulting company; experience was more like dealing with a dirty car salesman who was gonna scream and throw a tantrum if I didn’t buy a car from them.

I’ve been with this company for a few months and I only have great things to say! So far they have helped me improve my credit significantly! I am very glad I got referred to them! Matt Stoch has been the one helping me through the this whole process and he is very knowledgeable, professional and super helpful! Anytime I have a question he gets back to me quick and answers all my questions and is very kind! He is awesome! I recommend this company very much and I am looking forward to continue working with them to keep improving my credit!

I just called continental credit with various questions and tommy was so kind to give me all the answers I needed and help me break down the process in a way it was easy for me to understand. I been with continental credit for almost two months and I am already seeing results.

STAY FAR AWAY from this business. I wish I had read the reviews of others Unilocalers, but since I was referred to a guy name Dennis by my loan officer I thought this was a legit business. Was I WRONG in three months they’ve done absolutely NOTHING!!! And now that I’m trying to cancel I can’t get through via phone, but they respond via email but can’t respond with a call so I can cancel. Since they’re saying «the only way to cancel is to speak with a accountants executive» this companies lack professionalism big time! Remember Unilocalers you’ve been warned

Shady customer service reps who don’t really know what they are doing! I was referred to them by my loan processor back in Dec. 2015. I have been with them only a couple of months and have had the unfortunate luck of speaking to just about everyone in that office and they all don’t know what’s really going on! They started working off of a joint credit report. It had my husband & I’s credit info. My husband was their client, not me. 2 months later they are proud to report they have removed items from my husband’s credit report! Well, it would be great except for the fact that those items they say they removed were my creditors, not my husbands! So technically, they removed items from my husbands report that did not even exist for him!!!
When trying to speak to any type of management person, you get the run around and and nobody takes ownership or responsibility for all of the problems we have been dealing with!
bottom line, if you are using this company to try and repair your credit for a home purchase, DONT DO IT! they have only delayed the process and taken out monthly payments all for nothin so far!!!

I have been working with Continental Credit for about 11 months now and my experience has been nothing by POSITIVE. They have helped me raise my credit score and have been critical in my credit recovery. Dennis Miller and Tommy Ferguson have been prompt and professional, answering all of my questions and emails immediately. They have brought me from the rebuilding stage to being able to get prequalified for a home purchase. I cannot recommend Dennis, Tommy and Continental Credit enough!

AVOID. Agree with the other comments here. They are very very difficult to reach on the phone, and even more difficult to cancel your credit cards. After 8 months they hadn’t removed the 50% of items on my report (meaning since there were only 2 things they couldn’t even get 1 off Experian and Transunion) and somehow managed to miss that there are two social security numbers on my report? Really, really a shady place.

Just want to say I have been with continental credit for a little under a year and my credit score has jumped up dramatically… it is really amazing, the person helping me out Tommy F. Is such a cool guy I don’t know all the credit Lingle but he breaks it down in ways that I can understand…
I have recommended them to two of my friends and they’re going to join soon…

DON’T DO IT! They may help BUT they won’t let you cancel. We have tried and tried. Multiple fax, emails, letters calls. We are contacting our back to cancel card. Next I will file with small claims court and contact our local news station that loves to go after companies like this.

Hired this company over a year ago ($ 58 a month each for my husband and I) and do not feel that they helped our credit report at all. We spent months trying to get them to return phone calls, asked to be cancelled via voicemails and emails several times and got no response from them at all. Finally cancelled our credit card with the bank so they would stop taking our $ 116 a month for no service. Very disappointed with them, especially since they came highly recommended by a business associate.

I have been using Continental Credit for several months and they have been doing a great job deleting errors, and collections. My score has increased and they are very helpful on assiting you with prioritizing your credit.

I hired this company to help repair my credit. It took about a year before I stopped using them, but they did help. I recommend them. You do not have to live in the state they operate out of.
