If you had told me in the past that I would be writing a Unilocal review for a Fire Extinguisher Service, I would have told you you’re out of your mind. That said, I never expected to have such a phenomenal customer service experience with a Fire Extinguisher Service either. Dave D came into my office yesterday with a friendly smile on his face as he introduced himself. He identified the company that he worked for and showed me on our fire extinguisher itself that«Courtesy Fire Extinguisher Service» in fact services our office. He even kindly showed me his business license to make sure I knew who he was. After identifying himself, Dave went out of his way to explain the various tags and labels on the extinguisher and what they meant. He was beyond thorough, kind and thoughtful. He volunteered information to me that could potentially save my life one day and to me, that was the icing on the cake. After reading the negative reviews, I can say with confidence, that Dave D was certainly not the representative that stopped by those offices. Dave D was a perfect gentleman that displayed a passion for people and his job. An absolutely A+ experience. I can’t wait to see him again next year :-)

I’ve used Courtesy Fire for 12 years now and have always had a pleasant experience. My Preschool has an annual service of our Fire Extinguishers. Fast, courteous and professional. What more could you ask for? ~Ms Cindy

What great service! I called and had 4 fire extinguishers at my door in 2 hours. They were friendly courteous and and knowledgeable. Explained to me the frequency that the FE’s had to be inspected since using them in a warehouse. These are the kind of people I like to do business with. I wish everyone was as responsive as Courtesy Fire Extinguisher. CV

Please do not use this company! Today this older, tall thin guy barges into my office, and I hold up my hand to indicate that I am on the phone, and to wait. He ignores this and throws his card on my desk and continues to go into my hallway, I tell him to stop and go see the bookkeeper next door. He ignores this directive and rudely tells me that they are the fire extingisher company we use(yeah, once, in May) and he is here to check for«leaks» on my extingisher, which is a LIE because I watched him check only the tag for the next time it needs to be done and attempt to play it off like he is some good guy though I know checking for leakes is a giant lie.. He is not a good guy, he is a rude jerk.. I hang up with my call, call him out on his lie, and he retorts that I am the rude one! I called the phone number to the company on the card he threw on my desk(Courtesy Fire) and it turns out he is one of the owners.

This«gentleman» walked into the office I work in and immediately sought out the fire extinguisher. He insisted on speaking with my boss and when my co-worker stated he was busy, she was told our extinguisher was expired and he needed to re-certify it for $ 20. She told him No, thank you and he became embarrasingly beligerent and started spouting off negative comments like, «You call me when the fire marshall comes in and fines you.» He even spoke to other customers that were waiting in our facility and told them, «I wouldn’t give them your business if I was you.» Completely tacky. I am confused by looking at his business card. It says the man is Dave Rosen. The phone number doesn’t match the company’s Yahoo listing. I hope this guy isn’t just scamming people for cash and the real business owners won’t suffer.
