the worst and rudest customer service i ever seen. i don’t know if the owner is aware of it or not. first it takes forever to have my order done. second there is this lady light skin with long hair will always give you an attitude when you asked questions about the order or ask for a fork/napkin. This is such a horrible experience

Poor customer service, mediocre chamango drink. I was pretty peeved that when I ordered the drink, the server didn’t tell me that the tamarind straw didn’t come with the drink and you have to pay an additional 50 cents(which isn’t a big deal). I feel like she should have told me or offered it when I was purchasing it because when I received the drink I was pretty dumbfounded to see only the drink and no tamarind straw that usually goes with it. I had to wait a few more minutes to get this straightened out since she helped another customer. I won’t come back, even if I have a hankering for chamango.

El chamango has moved into the store that was a knock off Yogurtland next to Cinnabon. Menu is the same as before, maybe they added a few more photos. Things I liked: raspado pico de Gallo, Huracan, diablito, fresas con crema, bionico. I’m not into just pure chamango because the flavor gets tiring and I like variety so I like the raspado pico de Gallo because it comes with more fruits including mango and cucumbers. Cons: cash only, and it’s hot inside the store. Some of the ladies look angry or like they hate life.

Worst chamango experience. We ordered a chamango and there was so many disappointments to it. First of all, it did not come with the tamarind candy on a stick. And the chamango was just watered down. We ordered a large and had 2 sips. The rest was trashed. What a waste.

I would give this place five stars but their customer service wasn’t so great, they left while I was ordering, rude. But they’re tostilocos and raspados were really good!

Will never come here again. I was craving a mexican drink called mangada. Well before entering the door, I could the lady working talking on the phone and you can tell it was a personal call because she was talking with laughter. While I was waiting for my order to be taken, she still has the nerve of taking my order while on the phone. She did not get my order correct at all do to her phone clung to her ear supported by her shoulder. Worst place to get mexican drinks and this is coming from a mexican!

I came here to order a chamango. While I was waiting for the people in front of me to order I noticed the blender had a bunch of nasty crap in it from who knows how long. I had a feeling she wasn’t going to wash it out before making our drinks ANDSHE(short Mexican lady) didn’t. When she picked it up she actually walked to the back and came back with it still dirty. Probably to spit in it lol. I’m never coming back here again.

It’s located right at the front of the food court. This place has Almost every snack! Icecream– candy– smoothies– fruits! Very excited and I’ve been looking forward to trying this place out. I got a medium chamango for $ 4.50, made FRESH! I got my order wrong though, so I had to ask for my straw again… It’s crowded because the service isn’t as efficient.

The bionico makes a nice, light lunch or snack. Bananas, strawberries, apples, and cantaloupe topped with condensed milk, granola, coconut, and raisins. I would have loved some mango… just saying. But, nevertheless, a great lunch. BTW … Cash only!

Taste: 2 stars. I’ve tried their chamango twice. Mango was not ripe today. Last time, too much chamoy(and I LOVE chamoy) and ice wasn’t blended enough/still chunky Service: 4 stars. Lady was nice and answered my question. I LOVE that she filled it up to, not just the brim of the cup, but to the top of the dome lid. Cash only. Boo! :(

Almost ever time we and my family hit the mall, we gotta stop by and get Nachos & a Chumango :-) This place also offers ice cream an many other delicious treats :-) People are friendly and polite. This place is located at the entrance to the food court, and across from the cinnobon. Whe my wife was pregnant, she wanted something spicy but cold, and swee but salty. BINGO!

I came here with no idea as to what I was getting myself into… I odered el Chamango, never even heard of these before but it looked like the mangoniadas they have when your coming back from TJ on the border. I took the first sip and ooooowweeee, so yummy! Perfect amount of chili, sweet and sour from the mango and chamoy… the flavors come together so beautifully, creating a pleasant dance for your taste buds. The staff was very amiable and they were quick to complete the orders. If you’re looking for a quick, cheap, and delicious snack, this is the place that will deliver! And even in this cold weather, this place will warm your tummy and heart!

Even though I knew the chamango here probably couldn’t compare to other places, I decided to give it a try. Ordered the small chamango for $ 3. It’s CASHONLY btw! I watched her make the drink and it was just mostly chamoy and ice and then mango chunks added in afterwards along with more chamoy. At first, it was bearable but after not even getting halfway through the drink, I couldn’t drink anymore. Definitely won’t come back again. but at least now I know and the journey continues for the perfect chamango in Orange County!

Whenever I’m craving a chamango I come here. It’s not the greatest chamango but it gets the job done when I’m craving it. The chamango is a little watery for my liking.
