Their slogan«Why wait in the ER?» is a load of bulls. t! Also, BEWARE of their P.A.: Keary Johnston aka the rudest, nastiest, most conceited woman health professional I have ever met! The online«check in» system is broken… I wanted to put my name in to hold a spot in line so when I got there in 15 minutes I would be close to being seen. However the system only allows you to reserve a time that is two hours ahead. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area until I was called back to the room where I waited for another 20 minutes until the tech informed me that I would need X rays. I then waited in the room for close to 30 minutes before the rude, unprofessional, conceited PA came in, didnt introduce herself, did a crappy physical exam on me and then went out of the room and left me there for 30 minutes. After I poked my head out the door and asked if she was coming back or what was going on, she burst through the door and apologetically said«Im sorry, I havent forgotten about you» to which we began arguing about my diagnosis and her crappy idea for a treatment. I informed her that I had been using 800 mg Ibuprofen and extra strength Tylenol to no avail. She wanted to prescribe me muscle relaxers and more Ibuprofen and very nastily said«No, Im not giving you any narcotics» Im sure she thought I was just trying to get narcotic pain meds. I am military and I dont touch the stuff unless its absolutely necessary, she was just plain rude and nasty. I will NOT be going there ever again!

Apparently a lot of these people haven’t waited at the ER before. My last wait was 5 hours. I chose an arrival time online, arrived 10 minutes early, got checked in, and in minutes I was in the back getting BP checked etc. Was seen by a very nice PA who checked me out and answered my questions. The only complaint I have is the waiting room was hot as heck and I was glad I didn’t spend much time there.

I was here at 8:01am when they open at 8am. I was forth in line, which is no problem except that they pulled the first patient back at 8:27am. Why is their website called«why wait in the er» when the wait is going to be just as long! I was eventually called back at 8:47.

Well, I knew I had food poisoning, but I wasn’t sure what to do about it. Going to the hospital seemed a bit ridiculous, as I knew I needed medical treatment & confirmation of my medical suspicions. Besides, I’m not a doctor, I just know I felt miserable, really miserable. Anyhow, I booked online(easy), got there, had about a :20 min wait(including registration). Got in a room, and within :15 min was being assisted by a nurse and an excellent Doctor! It turned out it was food poisoning, but with my medical history, I was unaware of just how serious my problems were. The doctor & nurse were professional, courteous, helpful & answered the millions of questions I had, all while trying to make me as comfortable as possible. They also kept me until closing to be sure I didn’t need further medical treatment(as in the hospital.) I am now home, many orders to follow, prescriptions in hand(from Rite Aid) and very much looking forward to all these medications to begin their magic. I am thrilled with the service I received. I did only give the facility 4 stars because I think cleanliness was a little bit of an issue & I think it could have used another doctor & nurse team. It was crowded in there tonight! I will be going there again, for non-911 issues for sure. Thanks again to my doctor & nurse who kept me laughing, even though I was in horrible pain. Now, let’s get these meds working!
