Eye Q Optometry

1÷31÷16 was my husband’s first time EVER visiting an optometrist and honestly it was a great experience! Dr. Tran was very thorough with her exam. Her voice is super soothing. It’s great to calm a person down, especially when this is his first ever visit to any optometrist. I’ve been to many and I can vouch for Dr. Tran’s professionalism and great character. Now to the front receptionist. Her name is Julie and she is super awesome! She’s so meticulous in her ways of helping us to make sure he knows what he’s getting himself into when choosing for the best glasses. It’s great to have a good Dr. to exam you, but how wonderful is it to have a knowledgeable person in the front to help you choose what you really need in a glass. Thank you Dr. Tran and thank u so much Julie for everything!!!

This was my first visit to Dr. Tran’s office. I had an exam for contacts and glasses. The receptionist is very courteous and helped me find budget priced glass frames, imagine an optometrist office that wants to help you save money! After being a patient of Kaiser for many years I wished that someone told me about Dr. Tran.
The eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Tran explained what she was doing in a very calm and precise manner. The previous reviewer is correct, Dr. Tran is very hip! And a very cool person!
During my second visit Dr. Tran had my eyes dilated. It was a pain free and pleasant exam. I was very surprised.
Don’t take my word, if you need an optometrist book and appointment and see for yourself!

**Vision With Precision**
Have you been running into things? Do you wake up in the morning and put your face 2 inches from the alarm clock to see the time? Are you getting crows feet from squinting all time because you can’t see? Or how about walking by your own mother on the street and not knowing because you need glasses?
Well, your troubles are about to disappear. Come on down to Eye Q Optometry where Dr. Tran applies her expertise and ample amount of experience to help ease your troubles. How do I know? Well, don’t take my word for it, it would be wise to, but I have been seeing Dr. Tran for about 5 – 6 years now and even when I’ve moved further away, she was the only O.D. for me. My vision was BAD, 6 years ago, and it got worse. From a −3.0÷−3.5 to a −5.5÷6÷7, from L-​R. Yes my eyes are weird but I had a habit of closing one eye because the other was hurting from too much reading. She was friendly and gentle as she checked my eyes. She recommended lenses that were the best for me, softer, last longer, a better breatheable lens, how to keep my eyes from drying out, and etc. She even helped my transition from glasses to Lasik! Even though I no longer need prescription glasses, I will always be coming back for check-​ups and other services such as getting sunglasses. Plus, the bonus on why I keep coming back is she is very friendly and easy to talk to. I can say anything and leave feeling relaxed. Talking to her is therapeutic, she seems to have that affect on people.
I’m sorry I’ve never written a review before, because Dr. Tran deserves the recognition and praise for her outstanding service. Giving her 5 stars is an insult, she deserves 1000 stars, 1000 Likes, 1000 compliments, 1 000 000 tweets, and… you get the idea. –She’s a cool, young, and hip Dr that is easily relatable.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Tran’s office for my eye exams for the past several years and I would definitely recommend her to others!
She has always taken the time to address any concerns I’ve had for my eye health or any vision changes (I have high myopia). Plus, she and her staff have always been very patient with me when picking out new frames and helping me find the perfect glasses to suit my face. I’ll be coming back for sure!

This place has left a DEEP impression on me. Although it’s not easy to find. You have to drive INTO a neighborhood street to find the plaza.
I went here with my dad because I can be a little rushed sometimes and he always make sure that we are paying for good services. I went really early and there was barely anyone there. Make an appointment if you want to breeze through. I’m really surprised because this place was really great in my opinion. The optometrist was really pretty and she was very accurate too. Sometimes I can be indecisive and take a lot of time, but she was very patient.
Although the staff isn’t SUPER over the top friendly like some of the other places (that makes you question the place), I thought they were really professional. Instead of just helping me see if the frame looks nice on me, they made sure that it fits correctly on my face. The optometrist even helped me with it. You don’t get that often.
I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to everyone. I went to a different place that had 4.5 stars on Unilocal to see the difference, and as a result, I feel like my vision is effed up. Plus I paid more for thinning the lens than at Eye Q! Final words, if you want a real professional that takes care of your vision, you should really try here. You can’t put a price on your vision.
