Customer service and wait times are the worst I have ever experienced. Regulars get preferential treatment. I waited an hour knowing it was busy. Saw 2 people leave during that time. One customer arrived 20 minutes before I left and he walked out with a haircut before me. I got tired of waiting. Hope those who were still there with kids get their haircuts aoon.

Ive been coming to this shop since they opened back in 2010 i think i can’t exactly remember, i was stoked to have a barbershop so close to my house, i gotta give it to Juan and Shelly though! two barbers id recommend to anyone! always a good vibe filled with laughter and good people. parking would be the only down fall. only because of the 711 next door. other than that 5 stars!!!

Had to find another barber since mine moved far away for me to drive to. Buddy told me of this place and man they know wassup. Ask and you shall receive! Even got some suggestions to make my cut look even better and try something different. All i can say is be careful with parking cuz theres not a lot of space. I had to park on the street. Didnt get the name of the guy who gave me the cut but he was an young asian brotha. thanks fam. Guys… get FADED!

After looking around the area for a good barbershop, one day I decided to check this place out. Turned out to be a good idea. Now, they’re not one of the better barbershops I’ve been to, but considering the price($ 11 for basic haircut, which is all I need) and the fact it’s relatively close to my house, it’s a pretty good place to go. Never have I had any issues with anyone that’s worked there, and I’ve probably had my hair cut by almost all the barbers that work there lol. I think only one time one of the barbers accidentally nicked my ear a bit, but she was very apologetic about the whole thing. Definitely recommend this barbershop if you’re in the area, especially at the price.

This review is for the older Asian gentlemen closest to the door. I really really did not like the cut i got from him. I asked for a combover, with a part and a medium skin fade. First off, his clippers are extremely rough. It felt like it was tearing up my head when he was cutting me. This is a sign that his equipment is not maintained. Second, he rushed and had absolutely no skill to cutting my hair. He straight up put the comb to my head and used the clippers to just chop it off, so there is no texture to my hair, it just looks like someone chopped it off. I will give this shop another try because the other barbers looked like they knew what they were doing, but my rating will stand until i get another cut.

Came back and I forget her name but gave me a free cut because of the bad one I had before. She did a good job. More clean cut this time and even.

First time I went it was great. Had a guy named Juan cut my hair and I loved it. Second time today I went in and they gave me a newbie. Now my hair is all kinds of effed up and I have to live with it for a whole month. Here’s my advice, ask if ur cutter is new. If so, leave. Better to look like an ass hole and walk away then to have ur head look like a pineapple.

I’ll never go here again. Well all I can is make sure you get there at least 30 minutes before they close. Otherwise no will help you. Maybe they should be more concerned with helping their customers than leaving early for the day.

Boss ass haircuts. Cheap prices. Gus is the man! They were closing and he had to leave but he still got me in, took his time, and got me a fresh ass cut.

Best fade in southern California by far!!! hit up Shelly at Fade it up. The only line you have to worry about is the line to wait(which is a good thing) because unless your lining up your hair and or adding a line for a combover you won’t see any other lines.

Great place to get a haircut. All the guys are very skilled. Be prepared for wait if you don’t have an appointment.

Jeff hooked me up with a clean spikey faux hawk. He took his sweet time making sure every side and angle was clean and straight. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend checking this place out! Price is great too!

My husband goes here and gets his cut from Juan. He says he’s the best around and wouldnt go any place else. Yes there is a wait, but its a barber shop. Places with talent known for their work will have wait times. Appointments can be made in advance or just walk in.

My go to barber there is the old asian dude Jeff. Believe it not. He’s chill as fuck.

Sigh… Should have listened to the reviews. When I came in there was one 2 people working a woman and older Vietnamese man I’ve ready some reviews about the older Asian worker. And they were right he doesn’t understand what you want and just nods and says ok I take care of you… I only came in to trim my sides and walked out half bald… I guess I’ll wait until it grows back to come and try someone else

I must say, I was a little skeptical at first given the few negative reviews, but this place came through for me. Most of the issues revolved around the wait time, which is expected for a high demand/affordable barbershop. Tip: don’t come in on a Friday/Saturday at peak times. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Jeff who was welcoming and nice. I described exactly what I wanted and he gave his opinions too. He educated me, that it was a shadow fade. He also periodically showed me in the mirror what he was doing so I wasn’t in the dark. For $ 11, you can’t go wrong. Just strategize a little bit with the timing and it should work out. The shop is right next to 7 – 11 across the street from Westminster High School.

Boyfriend waited 1 hour before getting his cut. Three barbers went on break while 4 other customers are sitting waiting; that’s not cool! They may have been tired and maybe haven’t had a break? But let us know, so we don’t just sit here wait and not know how much longer we have to wait!

Horrible experience! Stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to say hi or explain how the line works. Avoid at all cost unless you have a lot of time to waste!
