They were sent to my home to replace my furnace. They took out stone and brick from under the furnace that support duct work. 1 month later I had a rodent infestation from the removal and improper installation of the new furnace. I called them and was told we can’t help you. I had to send emails to the owners. They finally came back out, put red silicone around the furnace base. Then they discovered they forgot to install a filter. They cut out my intake duct and installed a filter and left. Days later the furnace kept sucking in the filter. I called them back, they sent out the same tech and he supported the filter but I still to this day have rodent problems. They will not fix it properly because the furnace must be removed to do so. I’ve been living like this for 2 years now and being disabled I can’t fix it myself. This was the worst decision I ever made.
