The manager is rude, her name is Gabriela. Customer service is the worse. The store is messy.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t ever waste your time to shop there… The manager –Gabriela gave us an attitude when we just need a paper bag for our recent purchase…

Is it just me or is this is smallest Gymboree store ever?! They didn’t even have a TV area for the kids. I also felt super crammed inside. I could hardly push a single stroller in there. Luckily I went during the week, I can’t even imagine this place on a weekend. However, to make up for the claustrophobic feeling, the one and only lady working there was very helpful. I managed to find a birthday gift for a little girl and also a couple items for my kids. Everything was 30% off that day.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I went to this location because I love the clothing but the service here doesn’t even deserve the one star I posted! I purchased 3 shirts on clearance and when I got home noticed that the price tag for one didn’t match the price on my receipt. Basically I was overcharged. Granted it was only a $ 1.50 difference but it’s the principal of the matter. I called the store & spoke with LIZBETH. She said she was the manager. I explained the situation and NOT once did she apologize for the mistake. Rather she argued with me and asked very condescendingly, «So you want to come back for $ 1?» Is there no training here? I said I’d rather not but if she could just credit my card over the phone. Flatly, she said NO! Now I’m mad so I asked for the name & phone number of the district manager. She put me on hold & a lady named KYLIE picked up stating that she is the store manager. OK… who is LIZBETH? But whatever! I asked her for the name & number to her district manager but she said she can’t give out that info so I gave her mine & said I expected a call the next day. Well at 5:45pm the next day after I did not hear from JENNIFER PARIDON the district manager, I called the store again. LIZBETH answered again & of course did NOT apologize again for HER mistake. BEWARE!!! This store has the worst employees ever & should be ashamed for OVERCHARGING people & then NOT taking responsibilty to fix their own mistakes!!! What’s pathetic is that all this is over $ 1.50. Well they will NOT have the chance to steal any more of my money!!! My next post will be to the BBB. SHAME ON GYMBOREE!!!

Love the line, love the store. Hate this location. There’s always 1 person working… which means they can’t keep the customer service assistance up on the floor if they’re behind the register. There’s so much merchandise on the floor it looks like a pint size Ross’ Dress for Less. For those of you who shop there… you know what I mean.
If it isn’t too far, I strongly suggest the one in the Cerritos location. If you’re in a bind, this works… just get in and out and be done with it.
