Best manicure ever! The tech did a fantastic job! She filed my nails perfectly! Removed the cuticles like they were nothing! Painted my nails beautifully! Add designs that i wanted and with great detail! Everything was just flawlessly done! I really love the services here!

Best pink and whites I have ever gotten! They stayed on and didn’t bubble for a long time. Good for everything else too, just got nail art done and it came out great! The people are wonderful and gentle as well, never hurt my nail beds or cuticles.

I got my nail done here 2 times, it was terrible. They cut my skin. I give them negative 10. Never again. Customer service was terrible as well as their job.

My friend asked me if I’d ever been here because she had and the guy was super rude to her, well she had to get a nail fixed, everyone was so rude to her and the guy was acting like she was bothering him by giving them business, he even got up to check the computer while doing her nails

Terrible. Don’t waste your time or money. Waited 15 minutes then was seated to soak my hands in a bowl of lukewarm water. After waiting again another 10 minutes, someone finally came over. They never asked what I wanted, shape or color. They seemed offended that I brought my own color and urged me to use theirs. Not worth it.

My best friend told me about this place the other day and said to come here to get my manicure done. My first impression of this place is wow. Every inch of the salon is clean and they clean their area after every customer. The nail tech attending me was friendly and she proceeded to cut my nails and remove my cuticles. Not once did she cut me doing the process and she listen to all my little requests while painting my nails. Overall, best experience I had in awhile at a salon. Definitely be back again.

Wow. Stop and think next time your in a hurry and want something close by… I had the worst experience. Should have left before my toes bled and the woman attempted to continue my pedi w/​dirty gloves. She left mid pedi to handle money and fiddle behind the counter then w the same gloves tried to continue before I stopped her. Had to remind her how dirty money is and she gave me an eye roll then did get new gloves. Eesh. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Horrible horrible experience. First, when I get there, there’s another customer there complaining bcuz the nail tech had cut her, I witnessed the male nail tech PUT HIS HANDS on a female customer. At that point I was about to walk out but the lady calls me so I show her a picture of what I would like and she tells me to find the polishes myself! She then sits me at a station and cuts my thumb with her little drill, then puts y hands in a bowl of acetone and walks away to do somebody else’s pedicure, she left me sitting there the ENTIRE time it took my friend to get her full set, so I never even ended up getting my nails done. Seriously, who runs a business like that??? Pathetic.

first time I came here, I got my first set of fake nails. they’re too long and badly put on. they’re quite painful. tried to go back in to have them fixed and they refused to do what I wanted, even though I was going to pay for another manicure. I waited over 30 mins to be told the guy didn’t feel like doing what I wanted to my nails. when I called to complain the managers were very rude and unhelpful to say the least. don’t waste your time or money here.

Neutral experience. Going to a new nail salon is always hit or miss so my expectations were low going in.
For starters the man who did my nails was exceptionally gentle, not one knick to the skin at all and he was conscious of the speed of this drill – I noticed it slow when around my cuticle. Much appreciated.
However, the quality of my powder gel nails is mediocre. They are free of air bubbles but kind of lumpy and uneven. Some of the nails are very thin, which I like, but all of them are different thicknesses.
I wouldn’t go as far as to say I’d never go back but I won’t make a special trip to go back.
*Edit* After less than two weeks these nails were peeling off so bad I had to remove them instead of getting a rebase. I won’t be returning to this shop.

Had a great experience there, went to get my nails painted and the tech was friendly and helped me picked out the right color and did a fantastic job on my nails!!! It’s a shame I don’t love here … I would be there every two weeks.

Just horrible! I’ve gotten my nails done here twice, the first time it was acceptable but the guy who attended me was very rude and inpatient. the second time I came around, I only did so because a gf wanted to get her nails done and it was the closest thing. Never again! The same guy did my nails, and he was again rude and unfriendly. He didn’t bother to lime my old nails down, so now my nails have rough, uneven edges, and he was cutting my fingers all the time. To say that he wasn’t even wearing shoes! The ladies here are very nice, but I don’t know why they have a man like this working at the place! Bad experience, I’m not ever going back…

The first time I went here I didn’t mind it. However in hindsight I realize it was the very sweet woman who was sitting next to me.
2^nd visit… I had the same tech, she didn’t speak English well at all so conversation was minimal which is fine. However a couple of questions she wanted answers to I don’t think she understood.
I have a cut off toe and am very pregnant so I can’t cut the nail on it and cutting my nails in general has been a challenge. She cut my nails and during cut my half toe. It was awful and wouldn’t stop bleeding. Now I have cut myself while cutting this nail so I wasn’t too upset but this is the first during a pedi that my toe has been cut, and I’ve had a lot of pedicures. We got to the mani and she cut me 3 more times! Now I was getting quite annoyed. Then another lady asks how far along I was and of course this young brat says «how many are you having, you are huge!» First off I’m 5ft so I am all belly. My bump is perfectly normal for my height, and I don’t look like I’m having multiples! Second at what point is that comment ever ok to say to someone! I’m a damn customer I don’t come in to be insulted! Learn some manners!

Paid 30 $ for a mid level pedi and basic mani. There was no wait. Wasn’t the best but not terrible either. The nail tech didn’t talk my ear off thankfully and hardly tried to up sell me on extras. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I was visiting family and thought it would be fun for my sisters and I to all have pedicures together, followed by myself getting an acrylic fill. I made the appointment 2 weeks early, confirmed it 1 week early, and called when we were held up by an accident and would be few minutes late. We came in, they got started, and then another 2 people came in wanting pedicures. We received the fastest, and worst pedicures as they were in such a hurry to get to the other 2 people. Then, I thought I would still get my fill done. He was sloppy, cut me twice, used unsanitized instruments, and reused a paper towel piece that was crusty with prior use. By that night my polish started chipping, and by the next day the acrylic started pulling up. Now, 4 days later I am having to pay to have it fixed ELSEWHERE. DO NOT GO HERE — at least I only lost money and time, someone else may very well get infections!

Do not go there! I have never complained about a business before in my life but their terrible customer service makes me want to let others know so they do no waste their money there.
I went to get a pedicure there. The new technician made several errors (sloppy, had a design that looked terrible). I needed to go back to work so just requested that I not have to pay for the design since it looked so bad. The owner said no and that I still needed to pay for it. He was rude!

Run away as fast as you can.
Dirty, unsanitary, and rude.
I went to go get my nails done there when I was in a big hurry– big mistake.
The carpet was so nasty, and the chipped and old mirrored wall was only worse. The nail polish bottles were all dirty and some looked very old.
I asked for a red-​red manicure for Halloween purposes. Not only did the lady cut my finger very hard when she was cleaning the cuticle, she then proceeded to clean it with an even dirtier rag. The nail polish was uneven and by the time I left one of them was already smudged.
I left in a hurry– but still tipped.
Verdict: Nails should be hailed. Happy Nails is a big fail– must bail.

Just walked out of this place while I was in the middle of receiving a manicure. When I walked in the there were two clients finishing up theirs services and the women and man running the establishment instantly greeted and sat me to start my service. All seemed well until approx 3 minutes in the man performing my service started screaming at the women working there. You could feel the tension between the two of them. You could tell the two clients had already witnessed and had seen most of this while they were there getting their services. I immediately starting plotting my escape plan because I just couldn’t bare to sit there watching this poor women be screamed at by him while he was doing my nails. Although I don’t know what they were saying to each other, you could get a fair gist of the tension and anger between the two. A moment passed and the room became almost too quite so I asked him to please stop, I dug thru my bag, pulled out $ 20 and said «I’m sorry but I can not be part of this and you should run a business this was» and walked out. Mate that was a one off, but I’m not going back to find out! Beware!

I have been going to Happy Nails for about 6 months now. I love them. Not only do they get my nails EXACTLY how I want them, they also provide great pedicures and waxing deals. The fact that they are open 7 days a week is also a plus because it fits with my busy schedule. I will definitely be returning… today for that matter,
