Morio Murase the technician from ICracked was so easy and professional to work with. He met me at my local coffee shop (on time) and gave my IPad a through analysis. I had a hairline crack across the glass screen and some bends in the frame that led to the crack due to warping. He took my IPad in for repairs and met me the next morning with my good as new IPad. I am very satisfied with this service and Morio is a terrific technition. The cost was reasonable also.
