Service was great at first. The set-​up and marketing of my home were impressive. But once a contract was in place I could tell I wasn’t important any longer. Appointment schedules were disorganized and rarely worked with my schedule. My realtor was often difficult to get a hold of and, as a result, I didn’t know what was going on with the sale of my home. Overall I walked away with a poor experience and won’t be recommending this team. Not to mention, my realtor wanted to sell my place $ 15k below what I thought it was worth. Against her recommendation, I asked for the price which I thought my place was worth. It sold for MY price in just a few days.

Jay’s sincere approach allowed us to find the home of our dreams. Buying our home was overwhelming, fortunately Jay was able to answer all of our questions even before we had them! I had a terrible experience with one of the realtors from this Team. Unresponsive, unreasonable, and generally unhelpful. If you are looking for a realtor, stay away from Jay Day and The Home Team! There are so many better realtors out there.
