My heating went up on one of the coldest weeks in MD in over a decade. I called Jem HVAC and they were there within 1.5 hours to help. Cory, the tech, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional (even took his shoes off!). He talked me through my heating motor going out and what he needed to do. Overall a great experience and I would use them again!
My only feedback would be to watch the time. The repair was done in an 1:15 mins, but he did paperwork and talked to me for 35 mins and I got charged for 2 hours of labor.
