We had a fairly large order so we called ahead to avoid a long wait as this location is notoriously slow. We were told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived after 20 minutes to find that not only had our order not been prepped, but we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for biscuits. We were also told upon arrival that they were short 3 grilled legs so we accepted 3 original recipe legs instead. When we got the order home, we discovered that they had left out the cole slaw. We called to let them know and that we were coming back to get it. We picked the cole slaw up and were offered more mashed potatoes (which we didnt need) and 4 cold, hard biscuits. We tried to refuse the potatoes as we didnt need them and asked for some level of reimbursement for the mix up. That was refused. We spoke to the manager the next day and were told that it was not their policy to accept call in orders (no one told us this) and that they have a no refund policy. A word to the wise: check your order before leaving.

The staff is quite possibly wiping down tables and mopping floors with honey. Not only will your feet stick to the floor when you walk in, but your arms will stick to the tables.
