Do not go here unless you REALLY have to. there was nothing good about this place. The receptionist is loud, he’s slow, and he doesn’t inform the patients about things, for example, a guy had a urine test and he didn’t get a cup until after he went to the restroom. We waited for an hour for no reason and the receptionist never gave me a cup for the urine test. The only reason this place deserves a 2 star from me is bc of the guy that took my blood. He was really friendly and we had a nice conversation to take away the pain of the blood test. Honestly, if it wasn’t for him, this place would’ve been a horrible experience. Another thing, they don’t have freaking gloves for the urine test. So freaking nasty.

We made an appointment at 10:15 and they’re just going off the list with all these walk in. What’s the point of making appointment??? The receptionist was being rude when I was trying to talk to her. All she said was, «please wait till I call your name» like a damn robot. This place doesn’t even deserve my one star. Oh and good luck with parking!!!

I really should give this place a 2 star but it’s just so darn fast and easy to get my blood drawn here. The phlebotomists will not wash their hands even if you ask them. I asked the woman who was going to draw my blood to wash her hands before doing it and she said it wasn’t necessary since she’s going use a new pair of gloves. She reluctantly used some gel hand sanitizers before drawing my blood. However, she was skilled at drawing blood and hit a vein on the first try. I definitely would not come here for a blood draw during flu season but skilled blood draws is sometime more important if you have small deep veins. I came here twice and no hand washing both time. Occasionally, I use my t-shirt as a napkin/towel in a pinch so the hand washing criticism is not the rambling of an OCD germaphobe.
