The staff is always great but always understaffed. Guess corporate folks don’t mind us waiting for long periods. Get a second person. Too much work for one person to check everyone in and then do blood work.

No problems with finding parking.
This suite is located in the back of the complex so drive towards the back of the building; I didn’t figure it out quick enough so I parked in the front-​close to the street– then walked like 3 minutes to where I needed to be. NBD.
I didn’t like that no one was at the front counter to greet and check me in. HOWEVER, it seemed like there were only 2 ppl running the whole show in the morning so then I changed my mind and was impressed because it was only the 2 of them.
I made an appt a week prior to, on their website. which was also super easy and the way to do it. Plug in your address and other info through the website so when you actually go in for your appointment, you don’t need to do it there.
Once in the back, I sat down, the lab tech was with me in 30 secs and we got started. It always hurts, the stupid initial prick of the needle but that’s not the person’s fault. it’s just the way it is. The tech and I had a nice simple conversation on recent movies: Lego and Frozen. :)
Before I knew it, I was done. so really I was probably at the facility for a total of 10 –15minutes?! In N Out… just like In N Out. :)
Quick, efficient, clean lab, friendly techs, in a easy to find location.
I would recommend this place for your labs. :)
