Legacy Ridge Dentistry

I started going to this practice when they first opened and like other reviewers, was initially impressed with appearance of the office. After that, totally went down hill. I was told I was an «unreliable patient» as I had to cancel an appointment and the woman I spoke to when I canceled, apparently didn’t actually cancel my appointment. They wanted to charge me $ 20 to re-​schedule when I called to re-​schedule. I tried to explain I was under the impression I had canceled, which lead to a verbal altercation with the office manager who I finally just asked to send me my dental records… a month later, I still had not heard a thing back from their office. I followed up with emails and phone calls, and finally she sent me my records so I could go to another office after I called and threatened to report their office to my insurance. It takes you a month to respond to an email but I am the one who never canceled an appointment???
Obviously, I will not be returning. They are clearly all about making money, however they can. I would also add that I did request to speak to the owner about all of this since I was clearly getting no where with the office manager, and never got a call!

Just like someone else said– The first time I visited, I was impressed. It’s a nice office, and they did good work. That’s why they get 2 stars.
Yet, they recommended an unnecessary procedure. Because they quoted me at $ 50, I reluctantly went ahead with it. I paid and went on my way. But alas! A few months later I received an additional bill, more than doubling my original quote. It turns out that they had miscommunicated with the insurance company. Inside of biting the bullet on their mistake or working it out with the insurance company, they made me spend HOURS of my time calling the insurance company. Of course, the insurance company did nothing, because it was a misunderstanding on the dentist office’s part.
I called the office and offered to negotiate with them. They wouldn’t do it. They made a mistake and wouldn’t admit to anything. Instead of swallowing their pride, they lost a lifelong customer and his family over $ 50. Hopefully they’ll learn that this is not the way to treat a customer!

Have been going to Legacy Ridge since they opened. It has been wonderful too see the office grow. All employees are respectful and care is amazing. Would and do recommend them often. Attention to detail is very important to them.

The first time I visited was great but that did not continue to be the case. They are doing unnecessary work here.
I did get one of the better cleanings I have ever had on my teeth. I left with many compliments on my healthy teeth and free bleach, as promised.
The second time I visited, they insisted on at least $ 500 of work needing to be done. Nothing in my mouth was even uncomfortable.
I let six months pass. Went back to my old dentist. Previous doctor did not even mention a single thing that needed to be done.
This husband and wife team have a lot of impressive technology in their office. They are talking people into unnecessary work to pay for it. I cannot recommend this office.

Dr. Brotherton (both of them) are fantastic. I was an early patient to this new practice. They are prompt, courteous and professional. I’ve had an emergency in which they fitted me in. I’ve had standard check ups and cleanings. My gent had his cleaning and check up through comfort dental and they took 20 minutes with him. I got an hours time, a thorough check up, an awesome cleaning, my teeth feel awesome. Top of the line chairs, equipment, and everyone is fantastic with how often they change gloves. I feel clean!!! They are young, they are professionals and perfectionists. You’ll be happy you chose them!!!
