Lenscrafters

Talk about service!
I called this Lenscrafters when I was in desparate need for some new specs. The man who answered the phone was so friendly and encouraged me to just walk right on in when I could.
When I arrived, I was instantly greeted with a smile and a brief rundown of their store. They directed me to the section of glasses and handed my a tray to put my favorites in.
They have some amazing deals here and I was so glad that I stopped by. I ended up with a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. As someone who hasn’t been able to wear sunglasses for 2 years, I cannot even begin to explain how excited I am for them to come in.
I was even able to walk out with my glasses that day with temporary lenses in them. Once my lenses come in, they will call and then I just have to go in and get the lenses exchanged.
The customer service, awesome selection, and speedy turn around have all guaranteed me to be a lasting customer. I highly recommend this store!
