Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on here!
Prior to coming into Lido Printing, my mom told me she was going to get her new business cards done here. I looked up the business and was a little discouraged from the low ratings. However, my mom wanted to come here because the prices were very great.
When we came to get our cards done, I emailed them our store’s logo and sat with them to lay out the design of the card. I am extremely picky! I pay close attention to detail and like everything to be in their perfect place. I know I must have drove them crazy because I nitpicked every detail from the color, to the font, the wideness of the lines, EVERYTHING! They were sooooo patient with me; they listened to my ideas and worked with me to make my mom’s business card look just right. After we finished with the design, they made sure that everything was correct before we sent it to the presses and we discussed the other services we needed. They answered all my questions and the business cards looked great after they came out (they were done on time as well).
In addition to the cards, we also had them make our brochures and menu for the business. They used our ideas from the business cards to design the menu and brochures. After a couples of days, they sent me an emailed and called me to let me know that they finished a design for the menu and brochure. They asked me to look over the design and give them feedback about any changes I wanted to make. After I looked over the design, I saw that there were some details that I wanted changed so I went to see them again to discuss the changes. Once again, they were so nice! I really appreciated the time they spent listening to me because I know I am difficult.
I definitely recommend this place and will come back to do my own cards one day (even though they probably don’t want me to. haha)!

If you’re looking to print anything wedding related… or anything printed even, skip this place. I received an email that my engagement invitations were done and they were not. The excuse they told me was that it was an a folder and they «FORGOT» about it. I would give 0 stars if I could, I’ve never been more disappointed in a printing company. Avoid this place. To reiterate with more emphasis, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Stop by here to order some wedding invitations. The person behind the desk seem like he wanted to help but was more like just email me your info. WHAT!?! I’m in the shop! You would think he would like to help me but no. This place is more of an online type business. Go to the web site pick and click. I thought it would be different in store. Decided to go to another printing shop in Westminster. Thank god I did. Very helpful and informative. My invitation and going to be dope!!!

Don’t go to this place for your wedding printing! We did, and we regretted this. They printed wrong respond date for us, even we confirmed with them through email 3 times before printing, but they still printed out wrong date. They did their job slow too, they promised me 7 to 10 business days, but they took more than 3 weeks to done the printing with the WRONG date. Don’t come here! Now we have to fix every single card by hand writing.

This place has horrible service… I went here 3x.
The first time was to show them how my uncle wants his business card to look like they said okay you can come by in two days to pick them up.
The second time i was here to pick it up two days later… The business cards were not even done! I demanded a refund since i could of gone else where and they would of finished 1000 business cards within the day that i had order them. I demanded a refund the girl kept trying to apologizes… But whats the point of apologizing when you can not even meet the dead line that you gave me? I said fine they better be ready by tomorrow.
The third time i came was the following day. I came in to pick up the business cards… Again i came in and said i am here for pick up of they business cards… She stared at me blankly as if she did not speak english. I said it to her again in vietnamese… She still gave me blank face. I raised my voice and she automatically gave me the business cards.
These people who work here are unprofessional. This place is not worth the time or money. I recommend going else where for your printing needs.

I went here to get my vietnamese/​english wedding invitations done. They were clear and very helpful with the wording. the lady there was really helpful and very kind… a lot of the approval of the invitations was through emails. all in all the experience with this printing place was great
