Lovable Nannies

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Justin and Rachel Sheets are the owners of this so called business. I am appalled how unethical and crude they are.
These owners acquired Children’s Connection in March 2011 changing it over to Lovable Little Ones/​Lovable Nannies LLC brand. At first they seemed very legit and professional, this is not the case!
Through the center you pay for you services in advance… I attempted to pay them 06÷21÷11 however the «Office Manager» did not have any passwords to accept credit card payments. I attempted to pay again on 06÷22÷11 and again the same person could not run the payment. The Office Manager stated the owners needed me to sign an authorization slip with my full card number on it to process the payment so I would avoid late fees. I reluctantly agreed to do this one time withdraw in agreement I would be receiving the authorization form back for disposal. She agreed. At the same time I left my employer reimbursement paper work with my social security number included for the owners to confirm dates of services provided. The Office Manager assured me both the credit card form and reimbursement paper work would be returned the next day.
Nothing was returned. The payment was drafted from my card on 06÷23÷11. I kept getting the running around on why the owners weren’t there and how they would have this confidential paperwork the next day. Finally, 06÷28÷11 when they still could not provide this information I told the Office Manager I need the information 06÷29÷11 no exceptions.
Morning of 06÷29÷11 the parents of the school receive an email from the owner Rachel Sheets saying they are going out of business effective 06÷30÷11. Yes, less than 48 hour notice!
Outraged, I called the center and the poor Office Manager has no information when the owner will be in and has NO idea what is going on. I force her to give me the owners personal cell number.
Of coarse, the owner doesn’t pick up! I leave her several messages on her cell, email and with the office manager. She of coarse never has the decency to contact me back. Finally, 06÷30÷11 she does leave my employee reimbursement paperwork at the center but can not provide my personal card information. The owners even had the gull to have the office manager make me sign another authorization form! Apparently, the first one was lost! Unbelievable!
I am speechless these people still have their license! I read on their website they had an open house ⁰⁶⁄₂₅ to recruit potential nannies for their travel nanny service! Confirming they were aware in advance their day care was going under!!! What kind of people/​company do NOT protect their customers information? How low to not provide the families/​employees notification they would be going out of business! Who knows if these crooks will ever refund the money
owed! If you are reading this … please find someone else!
