So I had what started out being a very bad experience but the Owner’s customer service is superb! I went in to the showroom one Saturday attempting to find a new mattress as mine was causing lower backpain. I spent at least 15 minutes testing out every mattress I was considering. I wasn’t looking at prices just going by feel. I decided on a Paramount back saver FN. I purchased and paid that day and delivery was scheduled for Monday evening!!! It doesn’t get much better than that! However, after the mattress was delivered it felt NOTHING like the mattress I tested in the showroom floor! The second my daughter jumped in it she said«you picked this? It is hard as a rock!» Sure enough I try it out and it is WAY harder than the one on the showroom. I decide to give it a try. So the first night I slept in it my shoulder and hip hurt like hell by morning and by day three I felt like I had had a minor fender bender I was in so much discomfort and I also started experiencing numbness and tingling in the shoulder and hip! I called and spoke to the store manager and quite frankly he was rude and even hung up on me after telling me that I would have to bring the mattress in to the showroom!(Now if I had to have it delivered that means I don’t have a way to transport it, right?!) then after I call this guy back and explain that we must have been disconnected because I cannot fathom that he would be so unprofessional as to hang up on me I explain my issue again. He tells me I need to speak with the owner Bill but he will not be available until Saturday. Now at this point it is Wednesday and the thought of sleeping on this slab of granite for even 2 – 3 more nights makes me want to cry so I ask again if there is any way at all to speak to Bill before Saturday. He says no. Then I recall there is a store in Eldersburg. I call there and they inform me that Bill will be there on Friday! At this point I am thinking I made a huge mistake doing business with this company. However when I speak to Bill on FRIDAY he says to come in in Saturday he just got a new bed from the same mfr in and he thinks I will love it. He remembered that I liked that company because it is a USA company. Assembled in USA with USA materials. I go in and fall in love with this new mattress. And Bill delivers it Monday evening. No muss no fuss! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that horrible office manager!
