Martinizing Dry Cleaning

Zero stars! Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Do NOT use this dry cleaner!!! I was a loyal, long term customer of this business. I would be greeted by name when I arrived and asked about my child. I dropped off a brand new suit, worn once, and was returned to me with two small rips on the sleeve of the coat.
When I returned carrying the coat, the older lady working there suddenly forgot my name and denied they had damaged the coat. They never damage any clothes, I was told.
She said to me, the customer and dry cleaner have to trust each other… well I trusted them with my clothes. Where did I do wrong???
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

I wish I could choose 0 stars. Besides being extremely expensive, I was treated horribly for asking how my bill became $ 80. Let me preface that I started the question with– I am very pleased and not upset but I was wondering if you could please explain how my bill was over $ 80? And this older lady with a thick accent instantly became angry and started raising her voice and said, I gave you the receipt go look at it. I said, I’m sorry I only have this receipt with the total and she reached by the register and grabbed my tickets and slammed each one down one at a time, she got thru 3 items and said its on the recpt I gave you. Go look at it. Its all there, I gave you this. I went to my car and she only stapled 1 receipt which was just for my dresses, the 3 sweaters had no recpt. I came back in with my clothes and said I dont understand why you are so angry with me. I wasn’t being rude. I have been polite, I never even raised my voice and Im still not, and I wasn’t even upset when I asked you how the items were $ 80.92. She added the two bottom totals and said very loudly and rudely look, see $ 80.92 its right. I said I never doubted it wasn’t right I just wanted to know what each item cost. She had nothing to say and just stared at me with her hands on her hips. I said I have no idea why you are so upset, as a customer you treated me completely disrespectful when I asked for an explanation. I didnt do anything for you to be this rude to me. She smiled and said OK, have a good day and she was being serious not sarcastic, acting as if the last 3 minutes didn’t exist. I swear I have never in my life been yelled and treated like an idiot for nicely asking a question. There is no pricing up anywhere in the store. I beg anyone do not go there. There are 3 other dry cleaning places less than 1.5 miles of this one. The pricing doesn’t justify the customer service especially if you ask a question about your total. She acted as if I accused her of something. Very strange and completely rotten. This is my only Unilocal review and I’m doing it so nobody else has to go through this BC no paying customer deserves to get treated this way. Not to mention I’ve been a loyal customer up until I asked a question and dropped off more than 2 items.

I had 5 pairs of jeans heavy starch and 6 shirts regular starch — it cost $ 59.69 — the heavy starch was what I would consider medium and the shirt were light starch.
The shirts weren’t done well as one collar wasn’t smooth and a blouse had a wrinkle or press line in the front. I will not be returning: my husband wasn’t happy because he was able to get a better price at a hotel and the starch was the way he had asked.
I asked the lady each cost and she just wanted my credit card to swipe. I’m sorry I didn’t complain — because my husband sure did to me– I need to find a place like the place we used in Littleton — might be worth my drive!

The woman that works the counter is very friendly and polite. I have always been satisfied with their dry cleaning services. These things being said, HOLY CRAP are they expensive! $ 60 to take in the waist line on TWO pairs of jeans! On top of that, the alteration was not really done that well. $ 160 to dry clean three sweaters, two dresses, and have two buttons altered on one of the dresses. I will probably bring more cloths here in the future because I trust the quality of their dry cleaning. Still, I wonder sometimes how dry cleaners sleep at night with prices like these!

Great shop. Love the lady behind the desk and the fact that she always calls me Mr. Sonja. Alterations are done well and my shirts are pressed right.

I DO NOT recommend this dry cleaner!!! I received the wrong items back from the dry cleaner (men’s clothes rather than women’s), and when I called to rectify the situation, I was told that I was wrong and was lying. If you want to see your clothes back again, take your business elsewhere!
