WARNING!!! This company does not stand by their guarantee. After almost 2 years we still do not have a satisfactory installation of carpeting. Their representatives have come to my home to look at the carpeting have told us that the carpeting is not good but we still have not resolved the problem. I would give this company zero stores if I could so that one store does not reflect what I truly feel.

What a great experience! We needed new hardwood put in our living and dining rooms, and Dwayne and Jason were extremely helpful. They helped us select an engineered hardwood in the store, then brought samples with them when they came out to measure. The installers had been with Mercer for a long time, so all we had to do was enjoy our new floors once they were done.
