Pizza Hut

I love pizza hut but the manager at this location just screams at his employees im sitting here waiting for my order along with other people listening to him curse and yell. I feel so sorry for those workers

I HATE THIS LOCATION and I don’t say that lightly. About a year ago I used the online app to order pizza and was charged not only a delivery fee but a fee just to make the order which took my $ 15.00 pizza order up to $ 25.00 (seriously??) So I called the manager and what did he say to me? «Oh, I tell my customers not to order online because of that.» I responded, «How would I know that? I have never been your customer before.» And to that, I received an «I’m sorry, I will give you a credit for next time.» That is all fine and dandy but after that experience I will not be ordering again!
Or so I thought… Until last night.
Now, I live 1.3 miles from this location (I googled this to verify) So I figured ok, one more chance. I called in the order and got my total, minus the online order fee (yay!) and wait for my pizza to arrive. A HOUR (AN HOUR) later I get a call from them saying «I’m sorry ma’am, you are outside our delivery area and I just discovered this.» I didn’t even argue with the lady, I just said «I hope you enjoy my pizza, have a wonderful night.»
Rather than get angry with with the lady (and i was angry) I called my trusty Papa John’s location (1.3 miles away) and explained to them what happened. Not only, did they get me my pizza within 30 mins, they gave me 50% off my order!
Very Disappointed!!!

I’ve ordered from here twice. Both times I called in and picked-​up the pizza. Both times the order was correct and made in a timely fashion. The gal who took my money was polite and quick. I was in and out. NPs.
As for the other reviewer, I don’t doubt that there were delivery issues. I avoid delivery for this reason. I also don’t like delivery charges which may have been the case.

Terrible service! I used this location on more than a few occasions and each time has been a bad experience. First of all, when I ordered online they arrived at my door with a completely different total amount! It was $ 6 more than my receipt (which already included tax and the delivery fee) so I asked the delivery gal what the extra $ 6 was? She actually said to me «I Dont know, I don’t agree with a lot of the things that go on at Pizza Hut.» I was like what?!? Did she just say that to me? I ended up paying an extra $ 6 plus a tip on top of the $ 14.00 I already paid for an $ 11.99 pizza.
On another occasion they completely messed up the order and forgot all the sides I asked for. They did credit me for another delivery but it was still kind of inconvenient.
I have never returned here since the delivery girl went rogue and admitted to a problem that does exist here.
