I am very disappointed with Pizza hut new delivery policy. When I placed my order I was told about their is a convenience service charge for $ 2.75. I thought it was the tip for the driver so I did not tip the driver. I found through a website online that the convenience charge is not a tip for the driver. I feel bad I did not tip the driver. Pizza hut has ruin their business by charging a convenience fee for carryout delivery. Pizza hut is better off paying the driver the the convenience fee instead of charging customer. I don’t understand what is the point for charging a convenience fee? I will never order pizza from pizza hut again knowing I am going to get charge for convenience fee for delivery.

This review is only about their gluten-free pizzas. They do a great job of ensuring there is no cross-contamination(you can read about their methods on their website) and they don’t charge $ 15 for a scrappy little pizza like some places do. The pizza isn’t AMAZING, but when you’ve been gluten-free long enough, you learn to just accept the fact that you’ll very rarely encounter amazing pizza again.

Ordered during the Super Bowl for carry out. Made it fast! Staff was nice and welcoming. Exceeded my expectations. Custom pizza was perfect!
