Russ Bollig will help you. I’ve been wearing the orthotics he made me for 10+ years. I would love love love to have custom shoes from him! Someday. Go see him, he’s a foot genius. I had 5+ pairs of orthotics before I saw Russ, and have had the ones he made me, and only those, for the 10 years after seeing him!
& a story: A few days after I got my orthotics, I bent over for a quick hamstring stretch and when I stood up every joint in my body realigned – ankles, knees, up and up, my whole spine. Magic.

I used to live in Boulder, Co and had some custom made full foot orthotics from the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine. After lots of wearing them the tops got kind of funky. So I called the BCSM and asked where they recommend take them to get the top changed out. They sent me here.
I called Russ prior to a recent visit (I now live out of state) and set up arrangements to have Russ ‘fix’ my orthotics for me. Not only did he fit me in last minute, he made sure that they were done quickly so that I had them before I left town.
He did a great job. Kind of pricey at about $ 80 for a new cover but he knows what he is doing and I would not hesitate to come back and see him for any reason.

Russ Bolig knows how to make your feet happy and has worked with some of the world’s top athletes to keep them moving in the right direction. That doesn’t mean you have to be a professional (or even an athlete) to appreciate his skills when it comes to making insoles to help improve your posture and alleviate pain. Definitely an awesome place to go if you need custom orthotics.

I brought my (overpriced) custom orthotics to Podium several years back for an adjustment. They’re a small shop in an off the beaten path strip mall in Broomfield. I would have expected them to be in Boulder, but I’m sure real estate is a at a premium. They did a great job and fixed another minor delamination problem at no extra charge. At the time my ultrarunning training was in full swing so they were sensitive to turnaround time. Sadly, I have yet to find a comparable place in L.A.
