Aaron and his staff have assisted me in navigating some difficult insurance issues. They are always available and never make me feel like my questions are unimportant or a bother. I am so grateful to have them in my corner!

We contacted Richards, Seeley and Schaefer over 2 years ago due to unsatisfactory customer service with our previous insurer and extremely high recommendations for RSS from other people. From the moment of our first contact, the customer service we received was top-​notch and like none we have ever received before. They worked diligently to provide us with the best policies for all our needs. When we moved out of state, they continued with their excellent customer service to get all our policies updated and completed in the short time frame we needed. And we were able to continue to work with them, even in the new state. We really appreciate all they did to keep our transition smooth and seamless. Working with Aaron Hoffman, and the endless help we received from Cathy in the office, has been the best decision that we have made.

I’ve utilized multiple insurance services over the years but RSS has by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. Aaron and his staff take the time and effort to truly understand my personal situation and family needs. Only after doing this do they provide me with several insurance options to choose from. Also, RSS is very detailed about explaining the differences, features and benefits of the products and services they offer. And when my policies are in force and I have questions, they always respond in a timely manner. Because of their customer service and attention to detail, I plan to continue to use RSS for the foreseeable future.
