Sandy’s Nails & Spa

My wife loves getting her nails done here. Sandy, the owner is very sweet and really cares about making her clients happy! She takes her time and always makes sure my wife’s nails are perfect. All the ladies who work here are very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend this salon!

This place is a joke. went in for a fill and gel color (called ahead of time to ask for price $ 25) first off the lady that did it took forever! I was literally falling asleep took a whole two hours for some mediocre work! At the end I felt like the ladies were just looking for a reason to charge me more, i said no i already called n got a price before coming in also got charged an extra $ 5 dollars for what they call «design» yeah right just because I got two colors besides it’s just a little glitter! There was no effort put into there work. Will not be coming back.

Sandy and Vivian are awesome! To be honest I have had positive experiences almost every time I walk in here. I have been coming here for a while now and I always feel at home here. Thanks ladies for all that you do! Also, they are not pushy here which I appreciate very much.

This is the second time we come here and this is the worst costumer service I have ever seen anywhere I brought the wifey to get her feet done and she decide to get me a pedicure so we have 2 babys and I was taking care of them and this lady told me that if I was going to get it done that I had to get it done NOW if not I had to come back later I said WTF I had no clue what just happened. So I said that’s the best customer service ever lol this is the last time I give them my fucken money

Sandy did my nails! I asked her to be patient and take her time and she definitely did. I will be a loyal customer from now on!

Today I went in with my mom to get a manicure, while she got a pedicure. I wanted a nude gel color with sparkles. My nail artist forgot to do the sparkles so she made my nails even better! She ended up making two beautiful flowers on the ring fingers. and she even added the sparkles in there too. She put a line of sparkles on the tip of my nails. This turned out so much more beautiful then my original idea. These extra changes would’ve cost me $ 7 more dollars. But Sandy credited me them for free. I love this place. I am for sure a big fan of this nail salon :)

I walked in with my mom and daughters. They were so friendly, and the salon was so pretty and new. This is my new nail spot!

Great place to go relax. Very friendly girls and very good at what they do. They are very open to trying new designs. I always bring in my daughter’s and they are very patient and bubbly with them. Been going here for almost 3 years now.

This place is whatever. I want to be totally satisfied with my nails when I leave the salon and I wasn’t. I felt like they rushed to get my nails done. After she filed my nails, I noticed some were longer and uneven and had to ask her to fix them, and they are still not filed to my liking, with sharp/​rigid corners. My cuticles should have been manicured better. She didn’t paint all the way down to my cuticles, which I hate. And lastly, the glitter gel is uneven and not thick enough. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Rip off! Total disappointment! I happened to be around the area so I thought I’d give this place a try. Definitely not what I expected! My set of gel nails looked so unprofessionally done! Definitely not coming back!

Sandy’s Nails is the place to go in town!!! She is friendly as well as her staff. I always do a walk in appt. and they are able to take me every time. Vivian and Amber are my best picks for pedicures!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, visit them and tell them Tonya sent you.

I haven’t had time to write this review until now, but I didn’t want to have another day go by without me RAVING about this nail place.
You see, like many other girls I know, I’m ultra picky about my nails. In fact, I’ve stopped going to many nails salons because I leave disappointed. But, not anymore. Sandy’s nail salon is awesome. The owner, Sandy, is so sweet and nice and has been working her bootie off for years to keep this place in check.
First thing I noticed was how spacious and quiet it was. Also, there was no yucky acetone or nail polish smell and I asked Sandy how she managed to do that: «we always close the caps of every bottle so it doesn’t smell,» and so she did as she did my nails. Also, she cleaned around the edge of the nail polish to make sure it didn’t get stuck, so that all her bottles look new and nice. She takes that extra step and life is in the details my friends.
The spa chairs worked great and everyone there looked very well trained and happy to be there.
I got a gel manicure and I could tell Sandy was a perfectionist. She even said: «I am passionate about my job, I love what I do, that’s why I do it every day.»
It was $ 10 less than almost every nail salon in the vicinity to get gel mani and spa pedi, and I’m happy to report I’ve found my new nail home.
I can’t believe it took me 5 years of living in this city to find a place that is so good and is 5-​mins away… ayayay always new things to discover.

I have never been treated so rudely and nasty by the owner of a business as I was at Sandy’s. I went there from November 2012 to July 2013. I go every single week for my hair. The owner Sandy yells at her employees in front of clients, saying she’s the owner and manager. She yelled at me a couple of times. A lot of their business is walk in. I havd a standing appt. every week. I asked for extra services one day since the place was empty. My nails were being done and suddenly there was an onslaught of walk iin’s She asked me if I had an appt for nails and iit only got worse from there.
The only reason I stayed so long was because of Natalie, her only hair person, who did a great job with my hair and was always in a good mood. Her other employee, Vivian, is also very sweet. I hated going in there when Sandy was present.
There were negative instances and my daughter finally saw how nasty Sandy could be. I finally left but not before letting Sandy know that I was very unhappy with her and she would never pocket another penny from me.
For hair you can’t go wrong with Natalie. She is very sweet, competent and has a great demeanor. I miss her. Natalie, yes! Sandy, NO!

I walked in this place on a whim because I was waiting for my dog to get his nails trimmed next door.
The place looked neat and very nice Christmas decorations. They have 6 or 7 massage and pedi chairs on the side, and on another side is reserved for hair cuts. The employees greeted me really warmly when I entered and asked for a mani + pedi.
Overall, the service was quick, but the quality was even Better. I had went to other salons and my nails chipped a day or two later! But this salon made my manicure last for a week! and My mani lasted for 2 weeks. So awesome. So Ive been coming back ever since.
Their prices are just right, not too expensive. They charged the perfect amount for the quality of serivce that i got. I also really like the owner, Sandy, she’s a perfectionist so when you need a fill or flowers drawn, she’s the lady to ask for.
