Starbucks

Meh. Inside Safeway (where Starbucks coffee is on the shelf, & usually on Sale ;-) Used to enjoy grabbin a cuppa to sip while grocery shopping, but the repeated inaccuracy & attitude (&Price!) made me start brewing at home & bringing with.
Lately, I watch the shelves of mugs & coffee bags get dusty, until they markdown the seasonal merch. I’ve snagged a few tasty or useful Starbucks items that way. Although, as my mama always says, «50% off too much is STILL too much.» (Thank, Mamacita :-)
Better off buying the beans from Safeway, & brewing at home in a reusable mug.
My wallet thanks me, & mother earth, too.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to even though it is inside a grocery store. I would go early in the morning (before 6am) to grab coffee a couple times a week on my way to work. Over the past year or so this places has declined. A lot of new people here who don’t seem to take any pride in their job, which may be the fault of the company not compensating employees with fair wages (minimum wage is not enough!)
Anyway, the past three times I went here my drink was not made correctly. The second time this happened I was given an attitude from the barista who insisted i ordered a different drink than I did, then when she re made the drink for me she made it incorrectly, then insisted on lecturing me about making sure I «order the drink I actually want» next time. She did this at the expense of the line of people waiting to order their own drinks. After that experience, I didn’t want to correct the barista this past time and risk being embarrassed all over again.
There is now a Starbucks inside the Target store in Westminster, and the service is wonderful there! And they always make my drink correctly!

Not exactly the best location that I have been to.
Located inside a supermarket, this location does not seem to offer the same level of the quality than the many other Starbucks locations that I have visited.
Ordered a cappuccino, which came out promptly and the service was courteous. However, the overall taste was weak and not up to par.
An extra star for the nice service but taste is at two stars.

This Starbucks is located inside of a Safeway grocery store. So, there is no ambience or people sitting around on laptops. Here you just get your coffee and go or you sip on your coffee while you shop. That’s it in a nutshell.
