Sugar N Stems

A big wonderful thank you goes to Jennie at Sugar n’ Stems!!! She worked with our budget and did an incredible job!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with! Thank you, Jennie!!! You are truly wonderful!!!

Jennie at Sugar N’ Stems was so wonderful to work with. She was the only florist that we met with that had amazingly creative centerpiece ideas. We instantly loved her design and went with it. Not only is she extremely talented and creative she was wonderful to work with — she was easy to get ahold of and very organized. If you are looking for a florist in the Denver area we highly recommend working with Jennie.

I was so impressed with our flowers! After getting quotes from different florists that was way out of my budget I found Jennie with Sugar n’ Stems. She told me we could definitely do all my flowers in the budget I wanted. She asked so many questions about my day to know what I was looking for. She then sent me flower choices and I loved them. On the day of I was blown away. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. I loved my bouquet, the center piece flowers and the flowers on my cake. Jennie went above and beyond for my wedding and it definitely showed in what she picked out. I loved my flowers they were amazing and I suggest using Jennie!!!

HORRIBLE!!! My flowers were nothing like they were supposed to be for the wedding. Most of them were dead and wilted. I was supposed to have a cascading bouquet and it didn’t cascade at all it sat at a very strange angle. The flowers looked like they were thrown together right before she came with no attention to appearances or detail. Then she gets to my venue and off the bat was extremely rude and forgot a lot of what I ordered. She forgot a bridesmaid bouquet, a groomsman boutonnière, flower girl petals, and my bouquet to toss. Once we brought this to her attention she was even more rude when it was purely her mistake. She had seemed so nice when we met with her and discussed the flowers and what my fiancé and I envisioned. Jennie stated that she would be around for a while to help the guys pin their boutonnieres if they needed help. The day of the wedding all she gave was attitude to anyone who asked her for her help. The flowers looked absolutely nothing like what we asked for even though she assured us that she could fulfill what we wanted. A few days after the wedding she sends a bill for the flowers she had to go and make last minute when it was her mistake not bringing them. I responded to her explaining how unhappy I was with the flowers we got and that we shouldn’t have to pay for the flowers she had to bring back when it was her mistake not bringing them and she will not respond to me now after multiple attempts to get ahold of her. I would not recommend sugar n stems to any bride unless they want to be disappointed. Jennie is unprofessional and clearly only does the bare minimum to get paid. Once my ceremony was over no one used their flowers in any of the pictures because of how dead they were. Guests were even approaching me commenting on how dead the flowers all looked, extremely embarrassing. I had a beautiful wedding all together with absolutely no thanks to Jennie and the flowers she provided me with. Disappointment is all I received from her.
