Supercuts

I went in at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. There were 3 people ahead of me in line and the worker told me there were 3 people ahead of me and it would be a 40 minute wait. 40 minutes go by and the stylist was finishing up with the last customer when 5 new people show up together in one group. When she finshished with her customer she called one of the later people. I asked her why I was not next; she told me the five people signed up online and they have priority. I arrived before they signed up. If they had signed up, the worker did not tell me I was 8^th line, she said I was 3^rd in line. She told me that «online sign ups push everyone else backward». With that logic, you can potentially wait from open to close without being served if people keep signing up online. The worker was also very unnecessarily rude.
