These people do not know what they are doing. I have been with T-mobile for 8.5years. If I have ever went to this store before I would have left. I asked them to transfer phones — which are under my account. They did a factory reset and froze my phone. We were their for about 30 minutes with the guy saying that he does not know why it happened. Then this snappy manager«leader» came by and said that some people are waiting for him to help them. He explained to her what happened and she said that with my phone that is a problem doing the reset. She said that we can just leave and see what happens and if it does not unfreeze to come back. I felt like since we were not buying anything that she didn’t want to help us. The next day the phone still did not work, my husband went over and they said that their is nothing they can do about it. After about 30 minutes of telling them to fix it — they did. DONOTGOHERE. They do not know what they are doing and they will break your phone and not take the blame.

When I signed up for T-Mobile in Aug in 13 i was very happy that I jumped ship form Verizon, I also had great service at this location till a few months later, since then I would not step foot in this store due the mgr, she is bad and this store is not a corporate store so stay away, if you lived in north Westminster or Broomfield go up to the one on 144 well worth it !
