Wish I could give them a ZERO! Dave is all smiles and guarantees you quality beds/​frames until you have to return it… I think he’s been on vacation for the past few months… Never returned my call so I called to check status (months later after I dropped off the frames) he stated that I have to wait until he gets back from vacation… I asked him was he ever going to give me an update or did he just take my money and go on vacation & his response was «pretty much»
Keep the money and your poor customer service… And a big funk u!!! not going to come back here and not recommending this place to anyone!!!

Great customer service, Shawn walked me through step by step in terms of what he thought was personally the best. Something I personally found nice and interesting was that they match prices against other retailers. Great place and I highly recommend this place to others!!!

Came in here after stopping by a few other furniture shops and we walked out purchasing the perfect mattress! As soon as we walked in we were greeted immediately by Shawn. Told him exactly what we were looking for and he showed us exactly that. Didn’t try to sell us anything more. Great customer service! Will definitely add on to this review once we receive our mattress :)

John provided me with excellent service and his expertise really helped me choose the right bed for me. First time here, and I left very satisfied. He gave a very fair deal!

Customer service sucks here. You will not get the same bed you pay for. Save your money and go somewhere else a complete waste of your money.

So my coworker n i are hunting around for a mattress. We went to so many places already n couldn’t find a compatible bed. I was driving n came across this place, so I told her that we should try this place n if we don’t like it we can leave. But John was so nice n tried his hardest to help us with the price on the mattress that we wanted. When we finally decided he gave us the best price ever!!! I don’t think sit n sleep can beat John’s price… I definitely came back here to get new mattress n of refer friends n family here. I want all the people I know n love to get their best mattresses with John.

This store was great. Shawn was friendly and helpful but not pushy or overbearing. He was able to inform us and guide us with his expert knowledge in deciding what beds to get. Go here first, it’ll be your only stop!!!

My husband an I purchased a new mattress from the new location in Orange. Dave Jr was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He asked us what we wanted and then pointed out the mattresses he thought would work for us. Unfortunately, we thought we had a king size and when delivered discovered we actually have a Cal king. They took back the king and a week later delivered the right one. It was a joy to purchase from this store and we are very happy with our new mattress!

Ordered my bed frame on Sunday and it was ready to pick up on Tuesday. Appreciate the great service, will definitely be coming back. They have some amazing deals here.

Worked with Sean and Dave previously. When it was time to buy a mattress I knew exactly where to go. Sean was extremely knowledgable and taught me a lot about the different bed systems and fit me to the perfect mattress. Besides all of the knowledge I gained the price point blew away any competitor. Perfect price and excellent communication. Outstanding personalities kept me entertained the entire purchase.

When walking in to the store I was greeted by Keith who was very friendly and asked how he could help me. I told him I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for other than a mattress that was comfortable and would suporrt my back. He then recommended a couple mattress and had me try them out, explaining the difference between each mattress.
After trying a few mattresses I decided on the one I liked, I told Keith that I was looking around and had one other store I wanted to look at. He then told me that if I did find the same mattress cheaper they would match the price. I let him know I did stop in to a place the day before which was a bit lower and Dave the owners son matched the price no questions asked. After talking with the guys a bit more I felt comfortable in just making the purchase without any further shopping around.
Over all this was a great experience, the service was friendly and very helpful and I never felt that I was being sold. Thank you Keith and Dave for the GREAT service.

This is my second time coming to this store and each time the service was pretty great. Dave Jr. is really helpful and listens to what you’re concerns are. He’s really knowledgeable and makes some great recommendations. I walked in looking to spend no more than a thousand and he beat that by a dollar. $ 999.00 out the door. The bed was discounted down from $ 2,300, so I was definitely happy with that. I laid on just about every bed and the one we decided on was perfect. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great service, great selection, and great pricing. Overall excellent experience.

Dave was amazing! I have lower back pain and need a great bed. Dave Jr took care of all my needs by asking essential questions that would lead me to the perfect mattress! Can’t wait to have my first great night sleep!

I was very comfortable shopping there. No pressure to sell me just any mattress but one that suited my needs. I only needed a mattress no frame, Dave did not pressure me to buy a new frame. I stumbled in there by mistake, but ended up being in the right place
