I made an appointment for my wife before a surgical procedure. They called 2 days prior to confirm the reservation for 3. The Spa at West Main treated her very well. The 3 hours she spent there was relaxing, enjoyable, and refreshing. The staff was friendly and compassionate, I will be going back very soon.

While the spa is beautiful they have complete idiots working at the front desk. My sister called and booked a reservation for us two weeks in advance. We showed up and they told us our appointment was one month from now. I was there when she made the appointment and know she told them the right date. So upset this was my 30th birthday present. Never going here again :(, I’d call and confirm a few times before coming. On top of which when we showed up they said they had no appointment for us with our names anywhere. Then suddenly found it for a month later on Valentine’s day weekend! B.S.
