$ 16!!! for a watch battery replacement. This store should be called «WOMEN — Enter here to get ripped off» The battery should cost no more than $ 2-​$ 4 and that’s with a heavy markup. Most stores will replace the battery for free since it takes all of 3 minutes to do. And even if you want to charge a fee to replace it — the cost should not be $ 14!!! Beware this place and their price gouging!

Came in about a month or so ago with my Victorinox watch that showed signs of the battery dying. Well within 10 minutes the battery was swapped out and I was good to go!
The next day however, I noticed my watch was about 10 minutes slow. I fixed the time and figured I must have set it wrong or something. Well this became a constant occurrence. I noticed the second hand was getting caught and would jam up for a few seconds from time to time around the «10». This was alarming to me since the watch never had a problem in the 3 years I owned it! I went back to this place to ask for an adjustment and the man there (owner?) adjusted it for free.
Honestly I’d give 5 stars for the quick service and the free adjustment but I’m not sure if something happened during the initial battery replacement that caused the problem in the first place…

Been coming to Z Watch for ten years for all my watches and maintenance… I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Harry knows his watches and does a great job explaining the different brands of watches in helping you find the right fit. He even gives advice on brands he doesn’t carry. This place has quality items, fair prices and great service… top notch. I highly recommend it.

Meh. Went in to see if he could help me with my Swiss Army mechanical watch. He seemed a little annoyed that I was there. He said he couldn’t help with some surface scratches or service. Told me to send it to Victorinox. Seemed totally uninterested in helping me. Maybe he only «services» quartz watches, replacing batteries and that sort of thing. I don’t know. But, right now, I can’t think if any reason I’d go back for my other watches.

Harry was great!!! Came in to browse and walked out with a nice Tissot watch. I even compared with Macy’s and found I got a pretty good deal from the man. ASK for a discount — he gave me a 2015 discount. Highly recommend Harry…:-)

Z Watch Co is owned by the most knowledgable watch repairman and salesman I have ever met. Harry gives the best customer service, along with the best advice for your watch problems. His pricing on his watches and his services is very fair and he will even give you a deal on his watches depending on what it is. Battery replacements and watch sizing takes only a few minutes so you can wait in the store while he finishes up the work for you. I have been coming to Harry for years and I would recommend him to any one of my friends. Come to Harry for your watch and jewelry needs and he will take care of you! This review was long overdue, thank you for everything Harry!

I went to buy a watch here the other day and the man in charge Harry helped me to find a great watch at an even better price. The next day I noticed a little smudge on the inside of the glass so I took it back and asked Harry if he could open it up so I could clean it. Not only did he open it but he put in a new battery cleaned it and let me inspect it and put everything back together and told me there was no charge for any of his work. I was very happy and I recommend anyone who is looking for a nice looking watch at a great price along with excellent customer service to buy a watch here.

I had an excellent experience on my visit there today. I had a number of watches that needed to have the batteries replaced. I brought them all in expecting I would need to drop them off and come back but to my surprise they were able to do the work while I waited. They also gave a good wipe down and cleaned up each watch for me at no additional charge plus the price is better than most watch companies I’ve gone to in the past! Great place, I’ll definitely be back.

He may be great with watches, but not with rings.
I took my ring to get sized… mistake.
There is little like nicks were he sized it and it is very unproportionate… is that even a word? lol
Anyways…I’m very unhappy. I walked in a couple times and stood there and no one ever came out so I can try to have him fix it.

I just moved to orange county from Boston and stopped into this little gem of a shop for a watch battery replacement. The owner noticed my watch didn’t fit me properly so for no additional charge he fixed it for me. I also purchased a beautiful Tag Heuer watch for my boyfriend after seeing the wonderful selection in the cases. The prices are very competitive to other stores that i have been to in the past. The owner was extremely helpful and not pushy at all and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this shop for the wonderful service and products and prices. I plan on buying my Dad a gift for Fathers day too!

Great service and location, right next to Target. The man who owns the place fixed my watch and had great attention to detail. He even replaced a pin for free and showed me how to work some of the dials I didn’t even know I could control! He knows his stuff and the prices are very fair.
