The owner was super chatty and semed to know her used books. I got the feeling she opened the store to handle her own book addiction. The bulk of the types of books there were the«mystery and romance» that she said were her favorites. There is a small sci fic section also. Most of the books were the main stream trade paperback«best seller» fiction type books. Nothing wrong with that. Although I think I may be spoiled by the Borders/Barnes and Nobles clearance racks as I thought the prices were a bit high. The books were 50% off list for the trade paperbacks with some sort of trade in /buy back program. I don’t recall the details of the program which to me means it wasn;t that generous. I think I expected the paperbacks to not be 7 bucks, I think 5 would have been more reasonable. In all, worth stopping by, perhaps they will have something that catches your eye and generally downtown Westmont could use more businesses and foot traffic.
