6 stars would be more suitable for the online sale staff. I needed an item right away, the sales staff contacted me and made sure my package would get to me on time. Keep up the good work fellas! You need more Sixers gear!

Whoa, what a bummer. In my lock out sadness, I ordered a shirt from Bark Tee’s to rep my Flyers. The online site was sent to me from a very good friend on his recommendation for Philly Union shirts. I placed the order on the 20^th of September and never heard from Bark. I emailed them on October 4^th and was told that the shirt shipped and would be another day or two. Today, on the 10^th I received my shirt. They misprinted the address label, the shirt had two unidentifiable stains on it and of all things, the decal was off center.
I will give them this, their response time via email is fast. That’s it. I emailed photos that weren’t looked at and was told I would need to ship the shirt back to them. After they looked at the pictures they agreed that the product was defective, but I still have to mail the shirt back to get a replacement or a refund.
They have a lot to learn about costumer service. Putting your customer out for a product you rightfully admit is messed up because of your quality control standards? So tomorrow I get to stand in line at USPS to mail back a jacked up shirt for a refund. At least they agreed to also pay for the return shipping after I asserted that they should. It was not offered.
Take your money elsewhere.
BTW– The shirt quality is inexpensive and stiff feeling. Not what I expected either for 20 bucks plus 5 dollars in shipping to come across the river.
Update: The credit to my paypal was fast but did not include the cost of return shipping.
10÷22÷12 — Got a refund for the return shipping without prompting. Still a monster PITA for a shirt i was pretty pumped about.

We were driving along Haddon Avenue and decided to stop-​in to check this new place out. They sell all kinds of Philadelphia professional sports related t-​shirts & promo items (Phillies, E-​A-​G-​L-​E-​S, Uuuuuuunion, Flyers, Sons of Ben, etc.). They also do custom printing, graphic design, etc. (bulk). This place kind of reminds of Cheesesteaktees in Philly. The gent (owner?) that we spoke to was real cool & friendly. I am glad to see this type of store in my neighborhood. Although we didn’t buy anything today, we will definitely be back.
