Had a great stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. A hidden gem. The only draw back was the water pressure. Then I found out it’s not a hotel problem. The city of Westmont makes commercial establishments use a water saver filter that reduces the water consumption. Can’t blame the hotel for that. A nice stay and I will return.

Great place to stay. After driving for 8 hours, with my 9 year old and my dog. Checking in was a breeze, they matched the online price at the desk. The room was clean, c with plenty of room. The breakfast the next morning was great. We stayed June 25, 2015. The only issue was I couldn’t get the Internet to connect correctly. Great hotel and staff!

TWOWORDS: BEDBUGS I stayed here with a group and my roommate was bitten six or seven times the first night. She asked for the sheets to be changed thinking it was something in them, left a tip for housekeeping only to come to see nothing was changed. I was bit that day and we checked under our mattresses… Bed bug poop under mine, found(and caught) a bed bug under hers. Getting any help was a huge fiasco. First they didn’t believe us, despite her bites and the dead bloody bug inside the containers. Then the staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. They said they would just clean the room and we could go back. No, bed bugs require treatment, not a change of sheets. Ill never stay at a best western ever again and would suggest anyone thinking about going here to please think again.

Stayed here twice recently for hospital visits nearby. The rooms are big, super clean and have fridge and microwave. The beds are super comfy with nice white fluffy duvet covers. They gave me bottled water on arrival and when i asked they gave me a few for the road on the drive home for free. Breakfast is great. A woman makes any type of eggs you want. I had an omlette with mushrooms and broccoli. I also had their biscuits and gravy which was quite good while my husband had the french toast which he loved. Coffee is available 24 hours and its not bad. Also warm cookies every night at 6:30. We stayed on the 2nd floor twice, once with two queens and the other time with a king size bed. Both rooms were great and. the employees were very friendly and had no problem helping me with ideas of where to eat dinner ect. I would recommend it highly and thats why I chose it twice

I’ve stayed here for approximately 5 weeks cumulatively. They accept Corporate Lodging(CLC) but I don’t think they’re too happy about it. I would sometimes get attitude when I used CLC on the weekends. It’s the best hotel experience in the area. Very central and right off of 83 and Ogden. There is a Chipotle and Trader Joes nearby which I would frequent. The owners don’t provide the best service but the hotel is small, clean, and unique. They sometimes have opera music playing in halls. They did charge me $ 1 for a bottle of water. Ask for middle or 3rd floor, the bottom floor is sunken into the ground and the windows allow very little light.

Ridiculous! I booked a room on priceline. When i went to check in, I was told that there is an extra charge for checking in before 3PM. WHY? If they have free rooms, why charge a guest EXTRA to check in early? They try and pinch every dime they can out of you. I’ve NEVER heard of such a thing! I can’t stand when they treat their priceline customers different from the normal ones. If you don’t like the idea of customers using priceline to book rooms, stop allowing it!

My parents stayed at this Best Western for a visit, and it was a wonderful hotel! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the décor was warm and welcoming, and my parents said that the food fantastic the bed and linens were wonderful. And, the location is great — easy access to two major highways, but tucked away in an quiet area. Highly recommended!
