i scheduled a furnace cleaning for $ 48.50 for one of my rental homes. Tech showed up and called me to tell me he is finished with cleaning. I wasn’t there to check his work. I went there a few days later and NO ONE TOUCHED ANYTHING. NOTHING WAS CLEANED. I called the main office to tell them to go back and clean and send another tech. a week later the sent the same tech and he called me to tell me he is not going back and to deal with it. WHAT THE ****. thank god i was able to dispute this charge on my CC. PLEASE AVOID. F CREDIT RATE WITH BBB. tells you all you need to know.

Hired EZ Heating and Cooling to do an air conditioning check-up. Check up itself was $ 48.50 and included some freon to juice up the A/C. We knew the previous owners of our house didn’t take good care of the equipment, so we needed to buy additional freon to get to an acceptable level, which we were ready for.
Technician was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Also mentioned the furnace check-up which we are also getting from them.
Easy to schedule and are available quicker than other companies. We scheduled the A/C tune up within 2 days and the furnace tune up within a week.
Overall pleasant experience and would recommend to other home owners!

!!!CONSUMER ALERT!!!
****************** AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE ***********************
They are SCAM ARTISTS pure and simple!!!
Note they get a rating of F from the BBB — Better Business Bureau
I had them out to fix a faulty control board on my furnace and they wanted to replace the WHOLE furnace!!!
When I insisted on them just replacing the board they wanted to charge me $ 800!
The board is a $ 100 part with %100−150 in labor!!!
Needless to say I told them to go pound salt — but I still had to pay them $ 48.50 for a service call — They so LOW with their service call up-charge in order to draw people in.

Very dishonest company, they advertise A/C, Furnace service for $ 48.50 and that would make you call them, they did come ontime, but they charged me $ 2600 for a Furnace which other Company Certified Vendors sells for $ 1900 – 2000, this was OK, worst was they installed wrong furnace, instead of 42 000 BTU, they installed 36 000 BTU. This was still OK, I called them in May 2013 and they quoted me $ 4600 for a 3.5 ton A/C, as the weather forecast was OK, I did research and to my surprise got multiple quotes for the same A/C for $ 2500. This was rip-off.
They lost a good customer.
