My brother and nieces have been successfully working with him for years so I gave him a try. He clearly articulated the problems my lap tops were having and offered my a series of options to choose from. As stated before, his rates are beyond reasonable. Also, he has been patient with my retrieving my external hard drive. We are purchasing a refurbished laptop today. Will write another review once we have worked the laptop for a while.

I arrived at Han’s location with my broken laptop. Mr Han looked at it on the spot and fixed it within minutes. He explained the problem and was very informative. His prices were beyond reasonable. I’m so glad I found Mr Han, he is my new go-​to guy for my hardware needs. I could not recommend him enough!

A little Gem hidden in the rough! This place is impossible to see if youre just standing on the road looking at the strip hes in. once you do find his shop and walk in it is dark and full of computer stuff everywhere, and then you get to the main room. Computers stacked as high as the ceiling, and a nice display of ready to buy and go laptops on the counter, adding memory upgrades to your newly purchased computer is also done right on the spot in front of you. And the prices are reasonable! Hes a bit quiet but the perfect person to do business with if you are looking for a used but well refurbished computer, or just for a repair or upgrade. Hans is the place to go!!!

This is the BEST KEPT secret in ILLINOIS! I have been going to Mr. Han for YEARS! I first brought him a printer that would not be recognized by my Father’s old old (did I say old?) computer. He had it working within 15 minutes.
I could go on and on about the GREAT service, repair, and products he has provided to me, my family, and friends but you would think I was getting paid for the glowing testimonial!
BOTTOM LINE: GO HERE AND DO NOT HESITATE if you need service, repair, printers, computers, scanners, and ‘/​or computer advice!
