AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!
After you use your insurance card and your credit card to pay for the visit, you will receive a bill for the same visit every 2 weeks.
THEY CHARGE YOU DIFFERENT AMOUNTS EVERYTIME.
When you call to ask about this situation. The doctor that runs the place will tell you that there is a problem with the billing company but it will be taking care off, so don’t worry. But you continue receiving those invoices
After couple calls, we find out that doctor doesn’t like questions about how he double and triple charge for the same service. Now he hangs the phone on you and doesn’t want to find a solution like a civilized person.
We are going to file a complaint in the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation and with the Consumer Protection Section of the Illinois Attorney General Office.

It is great to have immidiate care center of westmont in our neighborhood. I live a few miles away from it and a couple of weeks ago my 3 years old daughter had a fever and her temperature reached 105. It was 9 pm at night and I was getting ready to go to an emergency room when my husband started looking online for other alternatives and luckily this urgent care popped up. We called them and within a few seconds Dr. Alhusaini was with us on the phone, he sounded very kind and knowledgeable and therefore we decided to go there. Dr Alhusaini was waiting for us and immediately started checking my daughter. He was very professional and helpful. He prescribed some medications and clarified the usage. It was our first time to go to an urgent care and we found out it is way less expensive than going to an emergency room giving the fact that the quality of service was as good as any hospital. I really think we made the right decision and I would like to recommend this place to everyone.

I will never again go to the emergency room, Immediate Care of Westmont is great! I wasn’t feeling well for few days and I finally decided to go and get it checked out and saw that a new immediate care opened up in Westmont. I am so glad that I went and got checked out the entire staff especially the doctor were all so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes, and the best part is my insurance covered the visit.

Visited this new urgent care center recently. I came out thoroughly impressed. They have an excellent facility, excellent staff, convenient Westmont location, and a great physician! Having a little young one I know I will be returning soon.
