One of the worst places i have ever been! So effing terrible customer service! Wont come back here

Nice place. Clean but the customer service can be lacking at times. I don’t like when they charge extra for more cheese. And their prices have sky rocketed in the past 5 yrs.

The new cashier today has TERRIBLE customer service. I was wearing glasses today and couldn’t read the board well. So I asked him what the price of the 6″ meatball sub was, he points to the board. I ask him again, what is the price, isn’t it $ 3(which it very recently was). He then WALKS to the board and points at it. So I ask him a THIRD time, he finally tells me, $ 4. So I’m like, ok well then I’ll have it as the special and get the drink because it’s the same price. He then retorts to me, well that’s why I asked if you wanted a drink before. Wow, talk about rude. And if the specials are the same price as just getting the sub, why not say in the first place, would you like a drink with that, it’s the same price as just the sub. If he continues to work there I won’t be back.

Typical Subway chain; clean, quick, good prices. You just can not beat Subway prices for lunch!
This one sits on the corner of a strip mall so it has windows on two sides which is nice. Washrooms are especially large too.
