Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

Being a long time Verizon customer, I have had great service up until the time I came in to this newly opened location. Unfortunately my experience with a «Manager» named Menier, was the worst experience that I have had… EVER. I had come in with a phone that was damaged. I had another phone that just needed to be unlocked and activated. He said that could not be done. I asked numerous times for him to just give it a try, knowing that this procedure is possible, he refused and insisted that I purchase a $ 240.00 phone. Not only was he rude, he tried to misinform me just to make a sale. Unprofessional and not very good for business. Unfortunately for Verizon as a business, I am considering going to the cell phone provider that the phone (the one that needed to be unlocked and activated) is originally under which is AT&T. The fact that this person tried to take advantage of my situation was very upsetting. Imagine all the other people that will come in to that location and get taken by this «Manager». I am looking forward to switching providers! Indeed I will advise all friends and family to do the same.
