They are never paying attention! Seems like they are always sleeping! Lack of communication!

I had been here once before and returned with my mom and boyfriend. We all built our own burgers and split a regular fries and onion rings. The fries are a huge portion which definitely can feed three people and the onion rings are large in size, but they only give you about five. We got the parmesan no herb seasoning for the fries which was great! There wasn’t any left behind. The Cajun seasoning is also great. We all liked our burgers a lot since they were customized which I think is a great feature. The quality of the food was great and similar to Shake Shack. It’s definitely a great spot for a great burger that doesn’t make you feel gross or bloated.

Warning: this place is meant for people willing to pay more than usual for a very normal burger.
Every time I go, I try to convince myself that my experience will be better than before but it just goes back to the same thing. I order a burger and fries and the total can come out to around 12 dollars. The worst part is that I usually leave hungry. The burger is tiny, even though it is delicious. The fries are also very very tasty. But it does not compare to other great burger joints.
The best thing here are the custards. The red velvet one is to die for! Would have never tried it if I wouldn’t have gotten it for free their opening week. Now I dream about this custard every day!

Great food coming from California and in and out the burgers are good but the service sucks. They should take a lesson from in and out and they might have something. Employees just want to chat with there friend and not take care of customers. Too bad like the food.

I really enjoyed Burgerfi. This was the first time i have ever been and the service was great. I had a double burger and fries both were very tasty and very flavorful. I have seen these chains around the country and finally made it to one and really enjoyed it. I will be returning.

I placed my order at 1:12 over the phone and was told to be there to n 15 minutes. I was at the store and it was 1:57 and no food. They had no even finished cooking my food and the best part after I had asked. Several times for my order. The answer I received was «oh we mixed up your order with someone else» 45 minutes spent for nothing. When I asked for a refund because I was going to continue waiting they were bothered with me because the food almost done. Really? This is unacceptable. I will not be returning the B this location

Ok– so BurgerFi is pretty good. BUT… Minus 2 star for non bussed tables. And minus another star for delivering my shake 5 minutes AFTER my meal. The good news is that the burgers are delicious! I would comeback but probably phone ahead take out.

Upon arrival it is in a big parking lot with lots of parking.
The menu is located on the wall and contains burgers, shakes, hot dogs, fries, and onion rings.
I ordered a veggie burger. The cashier was extremely nice. After I paid she handed me a beeper. The burger was 6.97 $
I found a table and sat down. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with young people hanging out. They do offer beer (bottle and draft) and wine.
After about five minutes my beeper went off and I went back to register to collect my food.
The burger was quite small but extremely tasty. If you are a big eater you will need to order two burgers or an order of fries.
The veggie burger was made of quinoa and came with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It is usually topped with their specialty dressing but I asked for bbq sauce instead.
Overall I enjoyed my experience but will the burger was a bit pricy based on the size.

The service at this location has deteriorated so much since it first opened a few years ago, it’s pathetic. I now associate Burgerfi with incompetent service and overpriced mediocrity. Bummer.
Every time I return to this location, the experience falls a notch or 2. This last time– I totally lost it and will never return.
I waited more than 25 minutes for 4 burgers. Ok. Busy place. We shall wait. Then our little device buzzes and we are told there are no veggie burgers. I heard someone in the kitchen say this while I was waiting but that was about 15 minutes before. Whatever the case. I was told my order was incomplete and then the server just walked away and everyone else had their heads up their Burgerfi.
I became invisible in the midst of a long line of other customers waiting too long for their orders. Left and right people had some issue or other with their order. No apologies were offered, no attempt to remedy the situations– nothing– just a bunch of incompetence layered with rude cluelessness.
I yelled too loud and am embarrassed that I flipped but even that yielded nothing but blank stares. They must be immune and numb to unhappy customers.
Seriously — skip this Burgerfi. Its a joke.

Great burgers and fries. If you’re from California, it’s the closest thing to IN ‘n OUT Burger!

I recently tried Burgerfi’s veggie burger and oh my is it amazing! I’m a total meat lover, but the last two times I have eaten here I have opted for the delicious veggie burger made of a crispy quinoa patty. I definitely recommend trying it, even if you’re not vegetarian.

Solid burger chain but located in the middle of a hidden plaza.
Burgerfi offers American burger fares and traditional sides: fries, onion rings, ice cream, and milk shakes. Everything is cooked to order, and they offer an infinite other ways you can customize a burger (toppings, wraps, how many patties). They also offer veggie patties and hot dogs.
I ordered the original Burgerfi burger, but got it lettuce wrapped. It comes with two parties, but each are kind of small in comparison to other burgers. I didn’t add anything to it, so it was kind of ordinary, but still a tasty burger. I wish it had pickles or a signature sauce or something… (* But now I’m referring back to the menu, and it says that the burgers DO come with sauce, and my burger definitely was served plain.)
I was intrigued by the wagyu beef hot dog. It wasn’t anything special tasting. I was hoping that it would be buttery tasting, or that it would melt when you bite into it… But it was just an ordinary dog to me.
The hands-​down, BEST part of my meal was the dessert! I ordered a red velvet concrete, which was heaven in a cup. It was creamy, rich vanilla ice cream with a treasure trove of moist red velvet cake wedged inside. I am drooling just writing about it.
My friends and I arrived with over an hour until closing time on a Friday night. However, I felt rushed by the employees to order and eat. They were really in a rush to clean and get home… even though there was much more business hours to be open for. The woman who took my order seemed frazzled when even more customers arrived after we did. She I’m not sure what the rush was about, but she was yelling a lot.
While my order this time was average, I did eat at Burgerfi previously and ate their Breakfast All Day burger, which was incredibly decadent. I think this is a place where you’re better off customizing your order for something beyond burgers and dogs. I do enjoy their food, and I will return again!

EDITED from 1 Star to 4: After a bad experience, the manager reached out to me and gave me a 50% off voucher.
We went again and everything was good.

The place looked nice and the menu looked promising… but when I pay $ 10.00 for a double and I’m still hungry, something is wrong. Good flavor but the size of Krystal or Whitcastle burgers.
It was a nice change of pace, but I guess my expectations were higher. They don’t even have plates…
Bottom line they didn’t knock One-​burger off as king of Weston gourmet burgers.

First timer and loved it! The price is reasonable and there food is healthy! The place is not crowded and I love there menu how it shows even the ketchup and the amount of calories.
I will continue to come.

I got giddy when I found they offer a veggie burger (wouldn’t have even considered eating here if they didn’t). I have a (not-​so) weird love for onions. I didn’t like that it didn’t include it in this. They do offer add-​ins but the prices were already cray cray, I thought I would just leave it alone.
Mom ordered the veggie burger also and my aunt, bacon cheeseburger. We had the «basket» of onion rings and fries. We asked the cashier if that would be enough for sharing and she said yes. Technically true, if we were to divide 1 onion ring each and 9 fries, well, you do the math. The food was ready fairly quick, and before we dove in, we exchanged glances amongst eachother with «that’s all?» I take the pinkies out… all 3 burgers were pitiful, very small. The pictures that the company itself posted on Unilocal look NOTHING like what we received.
I felt my burger lacked something. And the fries were the size of burger king fries. My mom and aunt’s take on their burger: «Eh» and a «sorry Alex but never again». I can’t agree more. Place was clean but so hot! I do not think their air conditioning was on, as well as kitchen exposed and very close to dining area. The painting of their shakes looked heavenly, but I just did not want to bother after the disappointment.
Overall, the burgers were «Eh», boring, not worth the almost $ 40 spent on 3 of them, 2 sodas, and a sad portion and size of fries/​onion rings. A burger with no antibiotics or hormones shouldn’t come with the compromise of portion not matching the prices. This isn’t the Riviera.

The best burger I have eaten in a long time. What a great way to finish off a long hard day. The onion rings are spectacular as well. A little pricy for a burger and rings, but it hit the spot.

Yep burger fi is still delicious… shakes are still amazing!
Get fries well done for the perfect crispness on outside.

Onion rings are huge and good!
And I’ll always crave their chocolate shake with extra sprinkles.

BurgerFi is amazing! Hard to believe that burgers could be this good. As a lot of people are, it’s easy to be skeptical. But I’ve been made a believer and have recommended this place to lots of friends.
The burgers and tender and juicy. The fries are homemade and light. The variety of sodas and beers is great. The restaurant is cleaned regularly. You really can’t go wrong here.

The burgers are NOT big, but very delicious! !!!
You are better off asking for the double cheeseburger and add bacon, don’t adventure on the breakfast burger, with the egg and potato patty you’ll lose the taste of the burger. The shakes are… o k, nothing special, BUT the red velvet concrete is REAAAAAAAALLY GOOD!!! Basically a layer of very creamy vanilla ice cream then layer of red velvet cake then again layer of vanilla ice cream then again red velvet cake.
All together a strong 4 stars
