They completely SUCK!!! Took my car in to be tinted, when I picked it up it looked like crap he said the bubbles will go away, well they did not. They left drips all over inside and out of my car from the liquid they use for tinting. How hard is it to clean up after yourself? Also to top it off when people as me where I had the tinting done I tell them and then I show them the shit job they did… Absolutely do not recommend!

I would give them a ZERO for lack of responsibility. Called, made a same day appointment to install a remote starter. You’d think they’d have the product if they tell you to come in at 3 pm. I show up(hour drive away) to have the employee(young guy with a beard) tell me they don’t have the product available. I respond, «couldn’t you have called me to let me know it wasn’t available.» All he could say is sorry. Don’t waste your time in this place.

I took my car here to have window tinting done. The tinting job seemed to be okay but I noticed that he BROKE my speaker panel putting it back on! He said he would order a new one and put it on at no cost but a week later it «arrived» but he blew off 2 appointments saying that he was too busy or didn’t have the part with him. Then I said just mail it to me because I’m done messing around but after he mailed it I never got it, he claims it must have been lost in the mail. I highly doubt he even ordered it at all and is trying to blow me off and get out of paying for the replacement part. So now I’m sitting here with a broken speaker panel that’s about $ 90 because he did a rushed job and busted my panel and clearly is trying to blow me off so he doesn’t have to replace it. I would NOT recommend anyone get work done here unless you want your car to be damaged and not fixed!

Wow… if I could give this place zero stars I would. Brought in our recently purchased ‘used’ vehicle to have it detailed as it was in pretty rough shape to begin with cleanliness-wise. A few days later went to pick it up from Finish Line and was amazed at the complete lack of attention to detail, for a detailing job. The interior was really filthy. We knew this place didn’t have the ability to shampoo the carpeting, so I can’t knock them for that, but simple things like the cup holders & air vents were disgusting and very clearly not touched! Windows were smudgy and they obviously didn’t even take time to roll them down and wipe off the perimeter of the windows… isn’t that«Detailing 101»??. Vacuuming job was subpar at best… found stuff under and around all of the seats that should have been vacuumed up at the very least. Door jambs were dirty. Seatbelt hardware hadn’t been wiped down and were just gross. After pointing out some of the issues to Brandon, he got out a bottle of some spray and a rag and begin to spray like crazy and wipe things down. Sorry, but it will take more than a bit of spray to fix this. I ended up spending three hours that night re-cleaning the interior of the car and after three buckets of dirty water it now looks presentable. Thanks for letting us give you $ 80 for nothing… oh, the regular price they were expecting to be paid was $ 180 for that half-a*sed job. And yes, they offered to keep the vehicle longer to ‘fix’ the issues, but honestly if ya didn’t see it the first time, why would I leave it with you any longer? Just a suggestion… soap & water, elbow grease, Q-tips, & toothbrushes are your friend when detailing among other common tips and tricks.
