Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

Its just another yogurt shop you would think! But no, there is a difference! One, they have fruit gelatos which are awesome!
Second they do have exotic flavors that they introduce every month — last month was cinnamon and pumpkin, this week was gingerbread and so on.
Last, the toppings they have are unique and I am yet to find them elsewhere. My favorite topping is the Mocha — Small Japanese glutinous rice balls!
So, by now you would have realized that we go to this place often. We either go to the one on N University or we goto the one on Indian Trace (which I am reviewing).

Last time we were here, we were given a special spoon as well which changes color when it touches something cold. My daughter was fascinated. This is the only Yogurt shop she remembers by name — so Menchies must have had an impression on her!

TIP — If you are planning to sit inside, please take a light jacket or dress for a very cold air con. Was the case in all 3 Menchies we have been to so far, so think it is some way of protecting the food. Even the employees there mostly wear a light jacket!

This is my least favorite Menchie’s location. Flavors and toppings are usually well-​stocked, and the space is usually clean, but the staff always seem to be in a bad mood. I find that they get annoyed when you come in an hour before they close, and they’re impolite when you ask for sample cups. I’ve visited this location so many times, and the afternoon staff is slightly more pleasant than the evening staff, but I’m done putting up with juvenile attitudes. The locations in Pembroke Pines and Davie are far friendlier and generous.

They have tasting cups if you want to try a flavor. The candy & toppings bar has always been neat & clean every time we have gone. The workers are friendly & always willing to help out.
They do have a free rewards program, make sure to sign up! The price depends on the weight of your cup.

Very good frozen yogurt. They change the flavors periodically. You can taste the flavors before putting some in your bowl. The toppings bar has a huge variety of candy, fruit, nuts, crushed cookies and marshmallows. Also various syrups for your toppings. You are charged by the weight, so take as much or little as you want. A fun experience with the kids or a date.

Immediately impressed by clean and inviting facility. Every flavor available and machines are spotless. The smiling staff was so excited when I complimented them on cleanliness. The flavor are really good and there are plenty of toppings and syrups. Will go back. Great find.
