No complaints, Papa knows best. Hard to really screw up a pizza. Submitted a carryout order and they had it prepared on time. Went in, paid for pizza, and came out. Simple as that.

I order here pretty much every time we’re hungry and have no other things to eat. Their pizza is fantastic and their staff members are extremely friendly. Once, we were running ahead of schedule, but previously ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM. We called them and they were more than happy to change the time to 5:30 PM. The only thing you need to know is that there is no seating and you will have to take your food elsewhere to eat.

We order here every time we have pizza. On multiple occasions we have been told our pizza was not ready so we would stand there waiting for our pizza that was ready and sitting on the hold counter. The only reason we still go there is because it’s the only one close to our house.

If I could leave a negative star I would… I work at Cleveland clinic hospital myself and two coworkers ordered a large pizza at 11am by 2pm we called because we still have not received our pizza we spoke to a guy who said they never received our order as upset as we was we placed our order for the second time being assured our pizza would be here at 2:45 well at 3:50 our pizza came and it was the wrong order… What a lousy place !! We will never order from there again and neither will anyone else on our unit

I used to live across the street from here and when ever I was hungry I would order from here since I could just walk there and pick up my pizza. If you order online you can use codes to get some really nice discounts. Do a Google Search for Papa Johns Pizza Codes and check how much you save. All though the staff is mostly high schoolers/young people, surprisingly the staff there is really nice and they try their best to make sure you’re happy. I honestly have probably ordered here 100 times through the years and never had a problem with them. Very Reliable, good service, cheap good tasting pizza. ⁵⁄₅

Very dissappointed! I order from this place every week and they couldn’t dend me my order because I only had a $ 100.00 dollar bill. I guess 100.00 is not considered cash! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! You just lost a customer, and bad reputation because I will make sure I spread the word. What an awful management «strategy»
