Pearle Vision

I am a local contractor, and while at work I got a piece of foreign matter in my eye,(I was wearing safety glasses) after 2 days I went in to see Dr. Doug Weston, He received me immediately, and removed the matter. My insurance did not cover the procedure.
The bill was the same as a deductible, and included a follow up visit.
On Saturday 2 days after my visit, Dr. Weston called me on his personal cell phone to follow up, and even said to call him if I experienced any problems with my eye.
I am pleased to say my eye feels great, and will refer him gladly.

We’ve been using the same optician for 25 years because the owner was so exacting, professional and concerned with proper fit and suggesting the type of frames which work for our needs. Unfortunately (or maybe not) she has never been on our vision plan so when my husband needed glasses we tried Pearle as he is on our plan. Joe Shwake, the owner, is exactly like our old optician in all the good ways however we probably saved about $ 650 by using an optician on our plan. Wish I had decided to switch before I spent close to $ 1000 with a $ 50 reimbursement for my last pair. If you go to Joe I suggest you listen to what he recommends after he determines how you use your glasses, the size of the bridge of your nose, the weight of frames that are comfortable etc. as he is very experienced and truly cares about you the customer. My husbands glasses were ordered on Wednesday and ready on Friday. It probably would have been Thursday but it was Thanksgiving.
