Pei Wei

Better than the authentic joints to be honest. Very clean and attentive service. Pad Thai takes the cake for the best dish but the spicy Thai chicken is amazing as well. Great wonton soup and crab wontons. Don’t let the chain aspect fool you because their ingredients are amazing.

Great fast food. Great portions. The service was great. Highly recommended for causal dining.

I love Pei Wei rewards. I like a lot of what’s on the menu here. But the service for take out is awful. I often find myself standing around simply waiting to pay because the staff can’t properly prioritize customers who are picking up their food or dining in. Last night, my crispy wonton noodles were not properly cooked. They were soggy, not at all crispy.

Was in the mood for Asian today, and opted to try one of their appetizers along with a smaller portioned noodle bowl. Appetizer was the crunchy wasabi rolls (spicy tuna) and the meal was the small Dan Dan bowl with rice noodles. They kindly added snap peas at my request.
The crunch wasabi rolls were good, and I wanted to try a different aioli (srirachi). Unfortunately it lacked the punch I was expecting. It was a very mild sauce. Fortunately the dollop of wasabi added a little extra kick.
The Dan Dan bowl was excellent too, especially with the added snap peas & rice noodles (normally comes with egg noodles). Don’t forget to stir up the dish upon arrival, as the rice noodles are buried under the toppings. Everything was very tasty.

It’s not quite the traditional asian food but it’s still delicious. I’ll be going back.

3.75 strong, Not a 3 star yucky venue, however a few things that bring this location down They do take a while if you call in the order. Also they have botched the order a couple of times, no problem people make mistakes. I think if management stepped up a little and kept the dining area clean, orders quicker, and more accurate. Also could just be me, but I think employees… especially in a food restaurant should all be wearing shirts that have some sort of identifiable logo on it, same color. Weird seeing people being served by people essentially in street clothes, even somewhere as low key as Pei Wei. Recommended none-​the less and will return.

Very good mongolian beef with fried rice. Friendly wait staff too. Good prices so it is definetely on the list of repeat places

Pei Wei is the fast food version of PF Changs. Very delicious and affordable!
I had the Teriyaki Crunch Roll, so darn good! I wouldn’t miss out on the Crab Wontons.
The Fried Rice combo is great.
The Lo Mein is alright.
Consider getting the rewards program if you haven’t.

It has gone down hill. Too slow. Sauce too thick and tastes off. Vegetables are under cooked. Will not be back soon.

Okay place… Ordered Mongolian beef… Thai dynamite… Lo Mein … Lo Mein was the best… Mongolian beef was highly rated but I thought it was a bit sweet… Décor was good… It was clean. Service was good… The food came fast… Quantity was enough… Price was 10 – 11 $ per plate… Enjoyed…

I’m literally here at least once or twice a week and will always get the pad thai. It’s reasonable prices and usually the original portion is so much I just take some home and have lunch for the next day (the pad thai tastes better as left overs!) The staff is really nice, never had any problems at all. The only gripe I may have is that sometimes my food isn’t ready at my pick-​up time and have waited 15 or so minutes past the time to get my food.
This location is way better than the Pines and Hiatus location!

This is the 3^rd and last time I will ever be disrespected by this location, no they didn’t tell me off or anything of that nature but my recent experiences have been negative so I feel it’s time to share.
First time, we dined in. We ordered (the restaurant wasn’t busy maybe 10 people in the whole place) we waited roughly 45 mins for our food to be prepared and served.
Second time, I ordered online. The food was extraordinary, really delicious (Mongolian beef with fried rice) I also placed an order for a cookie on the side. When I get home I realized they didn’t give me my cookie, I called and asked for a credit on my card. After a month of so of waiting no credit was given.
Today, I ordered online as well. Mongolian beef with a fried rice Original size… Not the small order. When I get home I check my order and they gave me a ½ order (the small) I’ve ordered this dish to-​go several times and this time I was given less than ever before. The only good thing about today’s experience was they gave me the cookie from the previous order and about 15 fortune cookies.
It sucks that they can’t give consistent service. The food is delicious, really a shame. If there were another location close by I would switch but being as I’m far out in Weston, looks like no more Pei Wei.

Good choice for Asian style food, freshly prepared. The lettuce wraps are very good as are the rice bowls. Ou order at a counter and the food is delivered to your table– it works fine. Food is tasty, mildly spiced and very decent portions. Atmosphere is sort of Asian cafeteria

Good service at to go prices and good prices for the all family, recommend this restaurant

I honestly love ordering to go from this location, the staff is always really friendly and the food is consistent, I’ve never had any issue or a negative experience and I’ve been coming here for years, a quick simple option on those lazy days you can’t be bothered to cook

I have been to a bunch of different locations around south Florida and I can easily say this one if the best one. Everything was perfectly cooked and served piping hot. The steak in my Mongolian dish was great sorry to say but the last few times I had it at other Pei Wei locations was so rubbery and tasteless it didn’t worth bothering to eat it.

Crab wontons have improved!
But service hasn’t. An apology goes a long way for me when you’re out of something I ordered, especially ordering online, waiting, and then driving out only to be agitated and empty handed. Will not be returning.

Why does it take almost 40 minutes for 2 take out chicken and beef teriyaki ?
Wasn’t even crowded this evening.

I usually order online and then pick the food at the time I designated. This avoids the wait and the line is short too. They are quick with the food. Great, yummy, healthy Chinese food.
My favorite is the hot and sour soup and the dan dan noodles. Husband loves the curry.
Drawback is the difficulty of finding a parking space in the mall. Usually have to park rather far away to pick up the take outs
