Power Pizzeria

This pizzeria makes real good pizza, but their staff lacks integrity.
Today, I ordered two pizzas online for delivery. One of them was perfect, but the other had Mozzarella cheese instead of Ricotta. When I called them, I was told over the phone that they had run out of Ricotta cheese and they decided amongst themselves to replace it with Mozzarella cheese. That was it. No apologies or care to satisfy a local customer.
What if I was allergic to Mozzarella?
Why couldn’t the staff had taken the time to call me to inform me that they couldn’t complete my order? I would have modified my order to make a completely different pizza if I had known they didn’t have Ricotta cheese.

Trying out some new pizza places in the area and thought to give Power a try. Mostly due to the great reviews. Called and the gentleman who took my order was nice. The driver was very nice, too. Pizza showed up on time. No complaints at all about the service.
My issue is with the pizza. It’s just not a great product. It’s strange that there are quite a few glowing reviews here. The sauce is pretty bad, tastes like the canned stuff from the grocery store. They use skim milk cheese — so no flavor, and the crust is too thick.
We ordered 2 extra large pizzas and after tipping for delivery, $ 50. I went on their site to read a little more and apparently they put whey protein in the dough, use skim milk cheese, etc. It’s like a gimmick to fool stupid people into thinking it’s healthy. It’s not. And since it’s not healthy, why not just use good, proper ingredients and make good pizza? I don’t need to pretend I’m eating healthy when I’m having pizza.
We always keep leftover pizza and heat it up the next day, but my wife and I both had this daunting look on our faces that we would rather just throw it away and eat something better. So it went into the trash.
Look, it’s not awful pizza. It’s not. But it’s not good, either. Certainly not worth the price of admission and doesn’t cut it with so many other places around. I think the flavor is very similar to what I expect at a bowling alley, gas station, or theme park. Which isn’t acceptable for an actual pizzeria.
Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Very surprised. I was browsing Unilocal during the old, «what’s for dinner» discussion and came across this location. In this day of laziness having the option to order straight from Unilocal helped end the discussion. I was very surprised and we enjoyed our food. Delivery was on time which was something I was worried about since I had never used the eat24 option before. Our pepperoni pizza was pretty good for a chain style pizza. The power pinwheels were awesome! I’ll order again for sure!

No bueno. Shouldn’t be called pizza. There was no pizza sause on either of our pizzas! No bueno.

We are here on vacation and ordered the protein pizza with additional toppings and the chicken wingspan a side. The food was delivered quickly was hot and very tasty. Our young delivery boy was absolutely the nicest young man. I would definitely recommend anyone to get delivery pizza from them you wouldn’t be disappointed.

Food is decent. The woman that I spoke with has horrible customer service.

Loved the pizza. It had healthy options and nice ambiance. The lake view gave it the special touch.

New to the area so was looking through Unilocal reviews to find a good pizza place that delivers.
I saw the reviews of this place and thought I’d give it a try. On the phone the guy that I spoke to was very nice. I asked if he delivered to my area since they are in Weston. He said they would today because they were not that busy but that on the weekend it might b hard to get to us. I said ok. Totally understandable.
The wait was about 45 minutes. Not bad! The pizza arrived and it was hot as though I had ordered it at the restaurant. The flavor was delicious. Now mind you I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. Nothing fancy but it was so good! I also ordered a side salad which was also delicious. The items were fresh.
Overall very impressed with everything here. From the person on the phone to the delivery to the taste of food. I would def order from here again. Hopefully I won’t get a busy day.

First time ordering pizza from here, and I can say it was great! It’s not super thin, and they wouldn’t make it thin when I asked (not a problem, of course, though most places are happy to do that as they can charge the same for the pizza and save on the dough). The dough comes out great — chewy and slightly crunchy in the same bite. I just ordered garlic, basil and spinach on mine, with half the sauce and half the cheese and it came out great. Would order again but will probably stick with another place that would make a thinner pizza.
The reason I am giving this only 4 stars is the customer service was lacking a little. It’s alright, I understand working frustrations but maybe keep you frustrations for the back room, or away from customers. Attitudes go a far way, especially in Weston. Again, it’s not a huge deal but just a little bit of a turnoff. I felt like I was frustrating the girl taking my order, but I promise I wasn’t!
Bottom line, the product is good, but the toppings aren’t as varied as other places (no artichoke, arugula, eggplant, hearts of palm, etc). I don’t take any stars off for this of course, but those are things I like on my pizza and if this company doesn’t want to offer those, that’s totally ok! But combined with not wanting to make a thin pizza, I’ll probably stick with Rucula’s or Pizza Fusion (who have a great variety of toppings and are happy to make you a pizza however you want). A very good product though!

Best pizza in town!!! The ultimate power craving has Alfredo sauce as the main sauce and its amazing!

Excellent! Super healthy and delicious. Good service, nice view at the right price.

Great menu, the Power Pinwheels w Tomato basil are great. Delivery too was excellent, More of a healthy theme, not super healthy but seems like the dough and items are fresh and health conscious. Their sauce is bright red and very light, delicious. Glad we found it,

Had the meat lover stromboli and it was great. Too bad the marinara sauce was the big disappointment.
It was more of a mexican salsa than a marinara sauce. Plus it was cold when it should have been hot.

Just ordered our first «Power» pizza. We all thought it was delicious! The owner gave me two yummy fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for downloading the Power Pizzeria App. Can’t wait to try their famous wings, apparently they’re marinated for 24 hrs before they’re baked

Saw a post on Facebook and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. Given that is the 4^th, they were not busy. One nice feature is that the seating at the back of the restaurant looks out over a small lake. George was working in the kitchen and greeted us warmly. We started with tomato spinach pinwheels. A fresh and flavorful start. We ordered a half veggie and half protein delight pizza. The toppings were very evenly applied. The crust was very good, not to heavy and not too thick. We will definitely go back.

My daughter’s prek had a family night and we were so happy to get to try Power Pizzeria! The pizza was absolutely delicious. Loved the garlic rolls. We ordered a large Greek salad. Totally fresh and flavorful. The baked wings were so good! Lots of flavor… no sauce needed. Moist! Perfectly cooked skin. They were so nice and gave my daughter and her friend a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. OMG YUM! Wonderful customer service! Our friend had a wrap that she said was very good. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

We happened upon this place by accident… our original choice has shut down.
We were greeted by very friendly outgoing staff when we walked in. It appeared to be a very small dining area at first, but then we found they also had seating in the rear of the restaurant.
This is a health but tastey alternative to your everyday average pizza. It’s obvious there is a difference from the moment you look at the menu. You have a choice of crust — white or wheat, the dough is infused with whey protein. All natural meats and vegetables are used.
We could not decide between the tomato and basil pizza or the four cheese pizza… the staff made a great recommendation in providing a half of each. We also ordered the garlic rolls which were very tasty and doughy. When the pizza came out it had a great presentation of colors with the fresh tomato and basil cut up on top.
Tomato and basil — light refreshing taste but was lacking on sauce.
4 cheese — taste was like eating the top cheese layer of a baked ziti. The blue cheese added a nice distinct flavor. Even with all the cheese it was not greasy at all.
Wheat crust — different taste and texture then traditional crust… presently surprised!
Overall it was a good experience and we will be back.
