Food was alright. Service was horrible, waitress was rude. Not worth the price. Will not be coming back here again. d–

I was looking for a restaraunt to eat dinner at with my aunt who was visiting from out of town and I was traveling in from Boca and I came across this one and couldnt have been any happier. The service was amazing having Julio as our server and we were greeted by Jason who was the manager. We started with the wings which were amazing, and for entrees we had the ribs, gnocci, and the tuna which were all amazing. We ended with carrot cake which was awesome. Couldnt have been a better night especially with thegreat service ofJulio and Jason. Will definitley come back when in the area and highly reccomend for great food at a great price

Unlike the many well meaning restaurants that have come and gone from this(yes) prime spot in Westin Town Center, I hope Prime Time stays around a while. The menu holds it’s own and the bar is a nice place to hang on a week night after work or on the weekend for lunch or dinner. I hear their brunch is pretty good. I must admit, this has been mainly a stop-for-a-drink kinda place for me, though I did have some apps and salads. Beet salad was a little too much salad and not enough beet, but not bad. A tempura shrimp special was yummy and my BF scarfed his crab cake and gobbled his tuna entrée so I know the menu is solid. Will be back for brunch — wish me luck!

Nice looking restaurant with excellent service. The problem here is the food. My wife and I both ordered a pasta dish and both of our pastas(fettuccini for me and ravioli for her) were very undercooked and borderline inedible. Also I got«filet mignon» in my pasta that I’m 100% sure was not filet mignon, unless the chef left it on for about an hour. Way to tough to even chew, I had to send it back. If not for the service I would have given this place a 0. I’m very disappointed.

Good place to hangout in Weston. Great bar scene… With great beer and scotch selection. In my opionion the food can be better but is good enough for Weston standards.

Primetime deserves 5+ stars in my book… open for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Yes please! There are so many menu options that you are bound to find something you desire. Their atmosphere sets the stage and is more than just a dining room away from home. It is spacious enough for a party/event yet can also serve as an intimate setting whether you choose to dine inside or outside. They also provide take-out. I’ve read some of these sub-par reviews, and I just have to put my two cents in first. In my personal experience, for restaurants in general(both as a customer and someone in the biz) sometimes things simply get screwed up — we are all human! How we unscrew them is quite often up to you. If you have an issue with your food, act fast and bring it to the attention of your server or a manager ASAP. Do not wait until the food is halfway gone or wait to use Unilocal as your anger platform if your situation can be resolved easily. Be clear in stating the nature of your upset and trust that the server will remedy your situation. They want you to be happy and, of course, to return! For breakfast, I usually order the All-American because it has a little bit of everything I like. If you’re looking for something filling but not so much food, try one of their yogurt parfaits or blueberry buckwheat pancakes; both are very filling! Fancy a weekend brunch? Two words: bottomless mimosas! For lunch, my favorite has to be(any burger really) but definitely the Holy Smoke cheeseburger, hands down. Coming in at a close second would have to be the BBQ chicken flatbread — definitely a lighter option for lunch and is extremely flavorful. The apricot BBQ sauce is the perfect touch to this juicy burger or flatbread! Not a fan of BBQ? Try the Thai Chicken Satay(tender grilled chicken strips on a bed of noodles with spicy peanut sauce) or the Polynesian Chicken Wings(tossed in a sweet chili lime sauce). Both have generous portions for«starters.» For dinner, all of their pasta dishes are fantastically rich! I also love their skirt steak dinner. It is definitely big enough to share if you’re not a glutton like myself. If you’re on a health kick, their half roasted chicken is a perfect option! Now on to the good stuff: dessert & drinks! If there is one thing you need in your life, it’s their homemade carrot cake! They have over 20 beers on tap(craft, domestic, & imported) that you can sample before you order as well as a variety of bottled beers. I won’t even go into their wine & liquor selections — very extensive! Overall, you can’t go wrong at Primetime!

We go to Primetime 2 to 3 times per week. The food is always on point and all the employees could not be more friendly especially Joey & Angie at the bar. I highly recommend this restaurant. As for Rob with your nasty comments you should be banned from any restaurant. I think you are only out for a free meal. I guess you must eat out at a lot of restaurants like Denny’s since you know what they look like at night. We hope you continue eating at Denny’s because your class of people do not belong @ Primetime

I just read the bad reviews and couldn’t agree more First off having worked and am currently in the culinary world the food is disgusting. I complained about the shrimp and arugula flatbread… namely the lack of shrimp… so They should rename it arugula with arugula and a side of arugula flatbread and the chef replied via the barmaid that he added a whole bag of shrimp on it. A bag of it ??? Frozen crap ! Some chef. Then the special prime rib dinner and sides were cold — I guess the staff was too busy with the whopping five people in the restaurant. I also mentioned the cold food but was only offered to reheat the food … Ummmm like microwave … No thanks. We were issued the bill for the entire amount even though I left more than 70% of the food on the plate; no attempts were made to rectify the chefs bullshit job and shitty menu. Good luck prime time you will need it ! I just want to add that I was sick all night and for he restaurant to reply that I lied is testament to their ethical and professional standards. Buyer beware ! Thanks Myles for showing that the restaurant is a low class joint that attacks reviewers that expose low standards. FYI if you check my profile I have never left a bad review because I understand a bad night happens but the staff and the food are just sub par !

Stopped by for a happy hour cocktail. Must say we were less than welcome when we said we were just having a drink. Odd, it is a bar and it wast crowded. I was considering an appetizer but after being asked very coldly if we planned to order, I decided to finish me drink and go elsewhere. Drinks were tasty but $ 14 for two cocktails at ½ price? Bit pricy for me.

I had dinner there last night for New Year’s Eve. I asked if they could sit my wife and I by a TV to watch the football games. Without any hassles they moved me to a table by the bar. My bartender server was amazing. He helped charge my phone which was low on power. I had the shrimp cocktail appetizer which was great. I had the NY strip and my wife had the filet mignon. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they came out medium. Both my wife and I sent the steaks back and my wife’s steak was no perfect. My second steak was still not right as it came back raw. None the less the steak was great. It came with Miso mashed potatoes and spinach. The manager saw that my 2nd steak was still wrong and offered to have it cooked again. The manager also gave us free drinks to make up for the steak being cooked wrong. They served us these cranberry type bread that was a slice of heaven. The restaurant is very pretty and the whole staff very friendly. The prices while not cheap is much less then a steakhouse on Miami Beach. The restaurant is located in a very petty type of strip mall with lots of bars and restaurants. They also offer free valet parking. All in all a great meal and I will return. Thanks again to my server-bartender who was top notch.

Eating here tonight for the first time, I had high hopes. And the chef apparently had a question — «do you like one lump of sugar in your fish or two?» Seriously. We ordered their appetizer special — squid stuffed with lobster, shrimp, etc. in a fruity beurre blanc sauce.(I can’t give you a full description because the server removed the small card listing specials that was hidden between the two tables that made up our four top.) The app plate had two small oval sized balls of squid that were stuffed with a seafood flavored unrecognizable mush. The sauce that soaked into the food was so INCREDIBLY sweet that if I were blindfolded I’d think it was dessert. The server told us that for every 6 specials he sells he gets a dish. He said he tasted this and loved it. He asked what we thought and I told him that Mom and I thought it was too sweet but hubby likes very sweet things so he liked it. We ordered 2 special entrees — Miso sea bass over a potato croquette with baby veggies — IMO, if the protein was chicken or pork it might’ve worked but the fish couldn’t hold up to the glaze’s sweetness. Even if the glaze was sparingly used, the plate’s other sauce was also sweet so the dish was destined. I ate the baby zucchini and pattypan squash from the plate. Short ribs in fig sauce with fried Brussels sprouts au gratin — the dry meat was flavorful, if cloyingly sweet is a flavor. Hubby pushed the fat figs and gloppy glaze aside in favor of eating mashed parsnips — a sweet root veggie. On another bowl they served deep fried sprouts– leaving oil in the bottom of the bowl — with cold sheets of white cheese on top. We also ordered a mushroom chicken in madeira sauce with cheese. It’s similar to a dish Mom gets at the Cheesecake Factory — in name only. She said she prefers theirs to the one served here. I tasted the chicken and it was good, albeit mildly flavored. The server offered to replace my sea bass meal but I saw a trend in the food and decided to pass. The server had to go to the manager to get the 10% Unilocal discount applied to the bill but I guess didn’t tell him that I complained about both app and entrée. Or the manager didn’t want to address it. It doesn’t matter because I don’t think my palate and their recipes mesh.

These stars do no explain well the quality behind this restaurant. Weston Town Center finally made room for a bar with just enough options to fill the pickiest eater ! Let’s first talk about the staff: When you first walk in, the girls promptly welcome you with smiles and offer you your choice of seating whether it be inside or out on the veranda(which I totally recommend if you enjoy your meal with a breeze). The servers and bussers work very well together and are attentive to whatever needs you have and if there ever is a question, the owner Myles and his managers Joey, Jessica, and Claudia are extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. Now for the food: I have had almost every item on the menu(you can say I’m a regular) and I have never been disappointed!(Breakfast, Lunch,& Dinner) Recommendations: The Crab Cakes have barely any breading and extremely tasty, The Roasted Red/Yellow Beet Salad with Goat cheese is sweet and crisp and is perfect for any day, Their shrimp and arugula Flatbread is delicious and a perfect appetizer to share… Their HolySmoke Burger is phenomenal.(Warning: BBQ is involved)! If you like hot fish, Their grouper sandwich with a side of Sweet Potato Fries is the best or if you are a bit hungrier their famous Miso Salmon will never disappoint! I am not much of a red meat eater, but ALL of their steaks are Tender, Flavorful, and paired very nicely. At a certain point when dessert is calling your name, you MUST get the carrot cake. It’s MASSIVE! Oh and don’t forget your side of ice cream with it. I would have to say. They did an excellent job building this place and in all departments which is hard for some places to level out. The bartenders are characters of their own and do a well done job in both serving food and making delicious cocktails. I recommend either the Cucumber Martini or the Black and Blue Lemonade! Very Refreshing. The beer selection carries well over 20+ Beers just on drafts alone, and they have one of the largest scotch/vodka selections out in Weston so far. And WINE ! Whether it be red or white, they have plenty of options for you to look at. Be on the lookout for HESS Cabernet. YUM ! Oh I also forgot Happy Hour. 50% off 3−7pm EVERYDAY!!! Grey Goose& Lagunitas for $ 5… Can’t beat that ! Success Rate is at a 100% for me. :)

Finally visited Primetime after hearing lots of positive reviews… we decided to try breakfast, as that has gotten the best reviews. Food: I had the salmon Benedict. It was very good. The poached egg wasn’t cooked perfectly, but it was good. The cheesy grits I got were not so cheesy and the waiter couldn’t tell me what kind of cheese was in it, but it was still good. My husband has the salmon platter. It came with a very nice portion of very tasty lox and was nicely garnished with red onions(although my husband would have preferred sliced vs diced), capers, tomato and sliced hard boiled egg. Service: the servers did a good job taking care of us. We were 1 of 2 occupied tables at a little after 8am. The things that made me sway to 3 vs 4: our server had no idea there was a check in deal of 10% off via Unilocal. Now, he didn’t say he wouldn’t honor, it was just news to him. There was no manager on premise to honor the discount, so we did not receive it because we did not want to wait for him to show up. He did show after we paid our bill and we were about to leave. The servers couldn’t apologize enough. My thought was what if something really was wrong… no one could handle? We will head back again… maybe we will get to take advantage of the check-in offer. *** adding… appreciate the response from Myles. There was no manager in the building when we were there. He arrived as we were leaving. The servers that took care of us were very helpful and even texted him to see if they could enter discount without him. We will definitely be back again… it was not a deal breaker ***

I checked out Primetime for a dinner meeting with some co-workers. It was my first week in Florida and my first impression of the dining in Weston. The menu was broad and everything looked appetizing, but I must say the prices appeared to be on the steep side. I opted for the tuna steak with the vegetables as a side in place of the default stir fry noodles. The food was great, though the portions were a bit small. I also must note that the tuna was a bit overdone. In all fairness, I’m a bit particular about how my tuna is cooked as I like it seared minimally, but even then, I felt that this was a bit overcooked for what tuna should be. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and will most likely be returning to check out a few other dishes.

I like the food here very much plus if you check in on Unilocal you save 10%. The last two times we were there my husband ordered a diet soda and it was flat so they brought him a bottle of diet coke. Tonight same thing. Was very unimpressed by the service. Took a long time to get waited on to get drinks and bread. No liquor. And not overly busy. Hubby tells the waiter soda is flat and 20 minutes later brings him an 8 oz soda with ice and our bread. Later on he gets another soda. The bill comes and he’s charged 3.75(for the original«unlimited» soda that was flat and 4.00 each for the two bottles of soda. And of course he forgot we had the 10% off. When we mention the 3.75 we shouldn’t be charged for –the waiter takes $ 5 from his wallet and gives it to me. Really? So is it a soda scam? The soda was flat on more than one occasion and they happen to have 8 oz bottles on hand. 11.75 for soda? No thank you. Rather have a few beers. I get the feeling they need to train the waiters better and fix the soda machine. And yes it’s nice to save 10% on Unilocal but don’t charge 12 bucks for soda. This was just a wierd experience. The waiter did offer us a free dessert on him but we were just tired and wanted to get out of there. Strange

It was no debate for the three musketeers once Primetime became an idea for Mother’s Day festivities. Second time around and it was another great dinner service. Our waiter Jason did a job well done. We expected it to be packed so we called ahead, but there was no wait time to our surprise. The reason for giving this experience 4 stars versus 5 from previous is due to my aunt’s meal which I will elaborate later. I wanted to start off with a drink, in which I was torn between Turbulence and Weston Sunrise. I took Jason’s suggestion and chose Turbulence which is rum based. He warned it would be pretty strong so offered me water on the side. I certainly recommend it; smooth but with a punch. We started off with spinach, artichoke and cheese dip w/their house made tortilla chips. The chips were not greasy or drowning in salt, had a unique taste to it. The dip was not as creamy as I hoped, but it was still presentable. It was hard not to choose the Maine lobster roll again, but I didn’t give in and tried the Maine lobster ravioli and it sure did not disappoint! I really want to know the recipe to their sauce, it was outstanding! They were not stingy with that sauce either. The amount of raviolis was a little discouraging, but it kept me satisfied after I finished. So worth the $ 22. My mom ordered the same thing she had last time, the 3 mushroom penne. My aunt this time ordered the fettuchine alfredo, adding chicken. She stated it lacked flavor, adding salt and pepper to see if it helped. She also did not enjoy her lemonade. Jason removed the lemonade from our bill w/o any of us saying anything, he just examined that she only took 2 sips which shows excellent effort and attentiveness. I find this place to be underrated, and I hope it will tickle the fancy’s of many other locals to come.

Primetime is a solid 4 stars for me. Early on a Friday evening, my family got in without a reservation. The place has a modern but homey and comfortable décor. We started with a Filet Mignon Flatbread to share($ 12). It had lots of caramelized onions along with the steak and cheese(we substituted mozzarella cheese for the gruyère). The flatbread was very good and every one of us enjoyed it(quite a feat in our family!). The flat bread is big; one was a perfect size as an appetizer for four of us. For a main I had the Grilled Tuna Steak($ 23), served with a sweet soy & cucumber sauce and Asian noodle stir fry. I would give this fish alone a 3.5 star rating. I ordered the tuna medium rare and it was perfectly cooked but I wished that it would have been served at a hotter temperature. The fish could have used a bit more seasoning. The Asian Noodles really needed some extra oomph. A little bit of a thickened soy glaze on both the fish and the noodles would have been perfect. Husband had the St. Louis Ribs($ 23). They were very meaty and were not swimming in sauce. Husband enjoyed them. He does not eat cole slaw but I tried the cole slaw that came with it. It was fresh tasting and not full of mayonnaise. The little Unilocaler, my 10 year old, thought his dish was perfect. He ordered the Sea Scallops & Apple Smoked Bacon Linguine($ 19). There were 4 medium sized luscious scallops and linguine in a creamy tomato sauce. I tried it and the scallops and pasta were both pretty yummy. The only miss of the night was for my picky 11 year old. He ordered a cheeseburger but did not care for it. I don’t think think there was anything really wrong with the burger since 10 year old tasted it and thought it was fine. Nevertheless, our lovely server, Josephina graciously took the burger off the bill and let 10 year old choose a Crab cake appetizer instead. I was actually surprised he liked the crab cake since it tasted pretty«crabby» but it did taste good! Josephina took good care of us. We never had to use the«call buttons» available to call your server. Primetime does not have the most adventurous menu, but we had a an overall pleasant experience. Would I travel out of my way to come here? Probably not. But when in Weston, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
